Thank you for always giving me good service!

The staff is NOT focused, upon checking in the counter person overcharged me....which left me in a financial predicament because I was on a limited budget and had to wait a few days for my bank to refund the money.....I NEVER in my 60 years on earth stayed at a Hotel/Motel that did NOT have "Do Not Disturb" signs, so I went to counter and STAFF member said he put it in the computer to NOT go in my room, I had very valuable items in there and did not want to compromise anyone.....when I came back from the convention THEY ENTERED MY ROOM ANYWAYS!!! Lastly, I went to wash my clothes in their laundry department and after using my bankcard for $4.00 to wash, the machine would NOT operate....I went down to the lobby and spoke with the STAFF desk person and he said "there's NOTHING we can do, it's owned by someone else!!! And their so called "convenient store" is TERRIBLE and is NOT there for the customers, EVERYTHING is tripled in price.....so if you have kids, it would cost you $8 a piece just for a little bowl of cereal and a tiny milk!!! My first and last ever staying at a MOTEL 6, I thought this one would be better because it's so huge.....and oh yeah, of course the ICE MACHINE did NOT work!!!!

Convenient for Disney and Convention Center. Clean and friendly. Water pressure was extremely low and would have to be my main complaint about the room. Beds were comfortable. My room was by a stairway so it was loud at times when people were coming in/out. Glad I saw a review about bringing our own towels, theirs were fine but basic and not exactly soft. No microwave in room but there was one in the lobby. If youbget a room in the back building you can only take the luggage cart halfway because there are a few stairs between the buildings.

Staff was very friendly. New mattresses in the room. I really like it's hard flooring not carpet. Pillows were a little hard. But over all a fabulous stay. Great affordable room.
