The location was ok, not far from centre but also not close to loudness. Room had a very old and loud AC and fridge. Felt a bit grim too, needs some freshening up!

Resepsiyonda çalışan Beyza hanım ve babası her konuyla çok ilgilendi teşekkür ediyoruz. İhtiyacımız olan her konuda çözüm buldular keşke tüm çalışanlar onlar gibi olsa.
Ayrıca resepsiyonda geceleri çalışan üçer isimli bir resepsiyon görevlisi emekli bir amca var. Sorun veya isteğinize çözüm bulmuyor üstüne sizi tersliyor, azarlıyor laf dalaşına giriyor, hakaret derecesinde cümleler sarfediyor. Eğer bir sorununuz varsa kesinlikle kendisinden bir yardım istemeyeniz.
Otelin konumu çok iyi iki dakika da kaleiçine varıyorsunuz.
Sokaklar güvenli ve düzgün nezih insanlar yaşıyor. Gece gündüz rahatça yürürsünüz.
Aracınız varsa park sorunu var.
Tuvalet giderlerinden koku geliyor. Havalandırma penceresi veya havalandırma cihazı yok.
Asansör olması iyi bir artı.
Yastıklar rahat değil.
Üçer adındaki resepsiyon görevlisi hariç herkes çok anlayışlı hizmete bu kişi yüzünden düşük not verdim.

Переехали в двухместный номер после проживания в трёхместном, и были очень разочарованы запахом сигарет из вентиляции. Администратор сообщил, что других доступных номеров нет. Кондиционер включить было невозможно, также ужасный запах сигарет. Номер не был достаточно чистым при заселении. Также были волосы на подушках под наволочками. Дизайн хороший, удобная душевая кабина. Завтраки хорошие. Приятный вид на горы. Есть лифт. Отличное расположение отеля для жизни в центре.

Stayed here many, many, times, with my husband, and wouldn't go anywhere else but!!, last year I was so disappointed, as service etc, has really gone down.Whats going on, re breakfast, a very small tray, with a few things, and paper cups , and plastic spoons etc.plus the powder milk.also no daily room cleaning, big mistake!. They have everything going for it, as its in a great part of the city, and very central for everywhere, even on the door stop of the lovely park, trams buses etc. I think, the owner, should sit down with some advisers, and get back to running a good hotel again, or it will go the same way, a near neighbouring hotel, being filthy, because of lack of cleaning.I must point out, that some of the good reviews, are very old, and doesn't apply to the hotel today.as the lovely receptionist, Hulya, has been away for quite a few years.
