Hotel is very spacious.
Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly.

This was my second stay at this amazing top class hotel. The staff speaks good english and is very professional, catering to any needs of the business traveler. I especially like that it can be reached by a short 10 min. walk from Ningbo railway station. Another 10 minutes away -perfect for a after-dinner evening stroll - the Ningbo Moon Lake can be reached: it offers good air and astonishing views making it hard to keep the mouth closed.

overall good stay and near to shopping streets and attractions, service is ok but need to be improved.

I actually love this hotel before.
But this morning breakfast or food at night I don’t know get 4 out of 5 of us vomit and diarrhea for 3 days. Myself for 2 days diarrhea serious one without any solution.
My suggestion is to try to avoid this hotel at any cost.

Although I’ve visited Ningbo many times, this was our first experience at the Wyndham Grand. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Executive suites were clean, well organized and had a really nice balcony with a table and chairs. My daughter loved her suite which was located next door to me. The staff spoke English, and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western/Chinese dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

My wife and I stayed here for a one-night city stay, as we live in another part of Ningbo. The hotel facilities were great and the service was fantastic, in particular our butler service as part of our family package. Our butler service staff were Amber Guo and XingRong Zhao, and both of them were so helpful and were great with our two children. I would definitely recommend the Wyndham for families, particularly the family suite with Amber and XingRong :).
