Great location in the historic Haishu District of Ningbo. It's within walking distance to Ningbo Railway Station (about 10 minutes). Metro Line 4 is also right here, offering direct access to Dongqian Lake. Yuehu Park is just outside the door, and Tianyi Pavilion, Drum Tower, City God Temple, and other attractions are all in this neighborhood, making it very convenient for strolling around. There are plenty of dining options nearby, ranging from internet-famous eateries and time-honored brands to local neighborhood hole-in-the-wall spots. Cleanliness: Clean. Room View: A faint view of Yuehu Park. Service: Staff nodded and greeted us, and evening turndown service included scented incense and milk delivered to the room. Room Facilities: A bit old, but otherwise flawless.

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The hotel facilities were complete, and the service was excellent. The location is also great, with convenient transportation. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The room was a little old, but all the facilities worked. The service was absolutely superb, from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was great. However, while the breakfast looked luxurious, the contents were a bit disappointing. It wasn't very refined, even though it had a bit of everything. It just lacked a certain something. There were too many people at breakfast; if you left your seat to get something, someone would immediately sit down, thinking you had finished and left. Ms. Shi, one of the service staff, provided excellent service. She even gave us some small gifts before we left. I will definitely look for her again next time.

The high-speed rail pickup service was very thoughtful, and they even upgraded us to a suite. There's complimentary coffee at the front desk. The hotel's pool is also excellent, with a comfortable water temperature of 28 degrees, perfect for kids. The gym equipment is disinfected promptly, and Ms. Tian Yuxin, who works at the pool and gym, was also very attentive and provided great service.

The hotel's location is a huge plus, right near Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake, both within a 10-minute walk. Although the hotel has been open for a while, it's generally well-maintained. The suite I stayed in wasn't huge, and it was a bit disappointing that there was no TV in the living room. The buffet dinner included in the package was a pleasant surprise; it was crab season, so there were plenty of swimming crabs. I had originally planned to find food elsewhere, but ended up having the buffet dinner at the hotel for both nights. The staff were very attentive and always greeted us warmly. The two little parrots by the front desk were particularly cute, and I always stopped to interact with them when passing by.

Room was very nice, clean and with powerful air conditioning to keep it cool. Comfortable bed and pillows. For some reason the signs on the hallway said ladies' floor, but I only saw guys there including myself. 🤔 Service was good and polite. Was shown to the elevator from the reception. Not everyone spoke English very well, but some of the staff did. Business center with good service once I needed to print and scan some documents. Good breakfast with plenty of options. On one morning the coffee was served to the table, another morning it wasn't. Location is very central in Ningbo, close to the railway station and center. Not too far from the airport either.

This is a 5 star hotel with very good customer service, bell ladies, butler, front desk and driver were very helpful, polite with smile and kind, they were always willing to help. Also provide,fruits basket daily and free transport service to Ningbo train station. Will definitely come again.

The Executive Lounge snacks are delicious, and the fruit is very fresh. The coffee and tea are excellent, especially with the great service from Lois.

My parents were very satisfied. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Tianyi Pavilion. From the window, you get a panoramic view of the city, and Yuewu Lake Park is right downstairs. The staff at the entrance were very responsible, thumbs up!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here for 3 nights. After 8.30pm, the hotel provides complimentary 热牛奶 and 黑米粥. Besides this, they also provide complimentary essential oil for relaxation. In addition, there is milk and 艾草(Artemisia argyi) where you can place it in your bath. It was very heartwarming to receive a greeting message from the 管家 when we were back to the hotel after a long tiring day. Overall, my friend and I are very satisfied with the hotel and the good service of their staff.

The A block's decor definitely shows its age, but it's impeccably clean, and the service is absolutely fantastic. The butler was always attentive, and in the evenings, they provided essential oils for aromatherapy, disposable bath liners, and herbal bath sachets. Every staff member greeted us politely. The location is perfect, right next to Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake, making it super convenient to walk to both.
