I just filled that on our arrival they could’ve made us feel more welcome. For example, a welcome drink would’ve been nice.

The tropical plants and trees were everywhere, even hanging over the heated pool. The heated pool was my favorite. The rooms were clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was delicious. It was a very safe environment. I give it a 5/5

Beautiful location, great service. Would recommend. Wish we could’ve used the pool but it was raining for most of our trip. Centrally located and within walkable distance to most, if not all of our spots.

Disappointed in the response from an issue in our room. At 10 pm water started leaking from upstairs above our toilet, only solution was to move is to a next room for sleeping, had to wake up our friend who was already sound asleep. Next morning still had the leak and a large puddle of water. Didn’t even offer a coffee for our inconvenience
