"Guests have to be mindful of the service time of the reception. Doors are closed after 10pm but sometimes they didn't open even after you've entered the correct pass code. "Everything is good, but it's strange that the bathroom shower room has no door. What's more terrible is that there is only a fixed shower head above the head, and the water will leak out, which is not convenient for taking a shower. Everything else is very good"

"The location was very good. Tram stop was directly next to The Hamptons. The apartment had everything we needed.
The bed was a little on the small side and was soft so not good if you are use to a firm mattress.
Views from our spacious balcony was good.
Water pressure in shower and the hand held shower head was okay but not great.
The Hamptons greeting and customer service was excellent.

GGuest UserExcellent, useful area to walk around CBD, staff friendly and helpful. It has kitchen , microwave, dishwasher, plates,... Feeling safe when stay in here.
In addition, here is very good place for people who is going to book to go to Mt Buller online because that is where the bus will pick up people in the early morning.
It also has $45 carpark for customer ( other way I paid $82 for another carpark from 5am to 8pm because I was stayed at another hotel on the first day when I was going to Mt Buller)

The hotel is in an excellent location, and is within a 20-minute walk of important Melbourne attractions such as Chinatown, St. Paul's Cathedral, and Flinders Street Station. The room is designed according to apartment standards, and the kitchen is large and fully equipped for cooking. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, which is convenient for family communication and privacy, and is very suitable for families with older children. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the stay experience is very good. Except that the Western breakfast variety is a bit simple, this hotel is highly recommended.

LLeiaOverall I had a great stay! My room was pretty cozy and the location was conveniently close to trams and Souther Cross Station.
Amenities in the room were excellent (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, heater, ironing board). Maybe bring your own slippers in winter as the tiled floor was very cold in the morning.
Quite a few obvious wear and tear but overall still decently clean. The only thing that bothered me was one of the kitchen utensils was still dirty.
If you are a light sleeper you would need earplugs as it’s quite noisy from the trains and trams passing by. Personally i enjoyed the background noise.
I enjoyed my night ins in the room with access to the TV and to be able to cook / heat up food.
Staff at the reception were all very lovely and welcoming.
I would stay here again :)

AACA place for rejuvenate and value for money.
Location: we did not rent a car, but can go there from CBD by train (30 mins) and bus (10 mins). If you catch the 496 bus from Laventon, it takes a 8 mins walk to the hotel off the bus stop, If you take 497 from Williamslanding, it takes 18 minutes, but you can shop at the centre (Coles, Aldi, K-Mart and Chinese supermarket), eat at different restaurants, and have manicure or massage.
Facilities: the unit is well equipped with cooking utensils, we cooked our breakfast. There is no buffet breakfast but a la carte menu at the country club. The country club has gym and swimming pool too.
Nearby attraction: we went to Werribee zoom, Weribee Park, Werribee Mansion, Joseph's resturant. The zoo has a safari bus which is a great attraction.
Staff: the staff is helpful. We requested a lake view room one day before. They helped us by calling the cleaner as our check in day is a public holiday. Much appreciated.

Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections.
Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment.
None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests.
FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building.
The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful.
In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross.
I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind.
The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.

LLimeflowerThis accommodation isn’t exactly a hotel. The building is shared by other tenants. We were upgraded to a 2 bedded apartment on the 36th floor upon check-in, a newly acquired unit by hotel chain that was recently renovated. As we were the first guests to the unit, we felt like guinea pigs test driving the unit. Unfortunately, we encountered some unpleasant incidents. First, my elderly dad got a small gash from the floating kitchen cabinet shortly settling in (as start of cabinet is just after the entrance). A bumper guard at the corner of the cabinet would have prevented this accident. Second, one afternoon when we got back from to find our unit door ajar. Thankfully our belongings were still intact. Third, housekeeping generally poor. No one cleaned the bathroom throughout our 8 days stay and shower trap was choked. Fourth, one of the room’s curtain couldn’t be drawn entirely so we left it closed throughout. However, one day we came back unit to find the room curtain dislodged after house keeping. Fifth, there were no hangers in the wardrobe at all. Only got them 3 days later after haggling with the reception. Lastly, it was a bummer not being able to access Netflix as the connection was down.
Unpleasant encounters aside, the unit has a beautiful view and is well contained with fridge, washing/dryer machine, dishwashing machine and cooking utensils. Good for long stay. Its location is near South Melbourne Market and accessible by foot to flinders station and the city. Woolsworth supermarket is just a stone throw away + eateries around the vicinity. On some days you can spot air balloons flying past.

GGuest UserThis is a good location and the rooms are spacious with a good layout, however there were a few issues with the room. I took photos of a range of things like a broken bedside table drawer, chewing gum on the bathroom bin, marks on the walls, broken foot pedal on the main bin, brown frozen liquid in the ice cube container in the freezer, stained coffee cups, folded up corner of the rug etc. Also note that parking is available, but not included. The check in instructions will provide you with information on how to access the car park without mentioning the price, but it is not free, there is a daily fee for the car park and the turning space on the ramp to access the bottom level of the car park is quite tight, however there are some parks on the first level which allowed us to avoid the curved ramp.
The location is a great spot if you have a car, not far from the free tram zone on the edge of the city, close to Carlton where there are great food options. All of the issues were only small things that didn't ruin our stay, this could be a great place to stay with a bit more attention to detail and customer care. I received no response to my emails showing photos of the issues in the room. They also required photos of my drivers license and both sides of my credit card for after hours check in which I was a bit uncomfortable with. I hope they can address the issues and provide a better customer experience as the location is great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a table, lounge area and 2 bedrooms in our room. I'd be happy to stay here again and hopefully the issues have been addressed to make it a great experience.
