It is in the new city (new Mardin ). You are going to the old Mardin for 10 minutes. The cleaning is very good. The beds and kits are very comfortable. We didn't eat, so I can't comment. I'll add the photo of my room view. They called me for my hair stick in the hotel and they will be delivered immediately. It was very interested in the dual service manager Mehmet. A very nice and centrally located hotel. Very traditional and noble furnished. We had rooms with views of the flat land of Mesopotamias. Hammer views where you feel ...that you look at the sea. The important attractions are accessible by foot. Very friendly and premature staff. A super delicious breakfast, even dinner was excellent delicious. The hotel has its own parking and the car is parking by the staff. It is just recommendable !!

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was abysmal, with rude staff and an unhelpful receptionist. The breakfast was a disaster - empty dishes, no bread, and we had to rely on the kindness of other guests to share their food. Even basic requests for water were met with reluctance, requiring repeated reminders. To add insult to injury, the hotel's excuses for the pool closure were inconsistent and frustrating. First, they blamed Women's Day, preventing us from swimming. Then, they conveniently cited a technical problem on another day. Overall, this hotel's poor service, uncooperative staff, and lack of basic amenities made for a thoroughly disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
