Residence con una posizione eccezionale per visitare la costa Smeralda, Oriana, la receptionist è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato buoni consigli per passare delle piacevoli vacanze il nostro appartamento credo ristrutturato da poco con arredamento semplice ma funzionale, suppellettili più che sufficienti anche per prepararsi i pasti in loco, bagno con doccia un po' piccola ma accettabile, parcheggio comodo e coperto che non è da sottovalutare per chi viaggia come noi in moto, i costi giusti, anzi direi quasi economici visto i prezzi che ci sono in zona.

Che dire.. Ottima posizione.. vicinissima a Porto Cervo e Poltu Quatu. La signora Oriana, gentilissima e super disponibile.. bravissima anche nel consigliare posti carini dove andare! Consiglio assolutamente!

La struttura è molto carina, lo stile sardo è un must per noi, ben gestita dalla stupenda Sig.ra Oriana - sempre cortese e disponibile - gode di una posizione strategica davvero a un passo dai migliori centri della Costa Smeralda. Gli spazi abitativi sono puliti e a misura di famiglia, il nostro appartamento godeva di una stupenda terrazza, infine, la piscina è un ottimo surplus, considerata anche la sua fruibilità praticamente full time. Le tante scale (per molti un minus) a noi hanno anche fatto comodo, visto come si mangia in Sardegna! Ci ritornerei sicuramente con la mia famiglia.

Sono stato in vacanza con un amico per assaporare le acque cristalline della Sardegna e, alla ricerca di una sistemazione non troppo esosa, mi sono imbattuto in questo residence, allettato dalle ottime recensioni. Ho riscontrato un ambiente pulitissimo, a poca strada da porto cervo e davvero tranquillissimo. L’appartamento era silenzioso e comodo, la sera è possibile ammirare un cielo stellatissimo a bordo della piscina. La receptionist è davvero simpatica e ci ha messo a nostro agio, disponibile per ogni informazione. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è certamente unico.

Appartement bien pour un court sejour, climatisation mais apas de micro-ondes ni de four. Salle de bain tres petite. Literie confortable. Malheureusement nous avons ete déçu en ayant reserver longtemps a l'avance de ne pas avoir un appartement avec balcon, dommage.
