A traditional spa hotel with big room
Good service in restaurants and front desk with very helpful information provide
But some equipment seem old and not updated

A beautiful and cozy Ryokan located in a quiet town. It was the new year when I booked a stay with them but I was still able to find stores that are open for dinner. Staffs were able to speak a little English, sufficient enough for standing and communication. They made effort to remember every guests who have checked in and you can only make reservations for their private bath onsen upon check in. Breakfast was sumptuous and needed to be booked as well. If you have more time, I would recommend to book and recharge for two or more nights instead. Will definitely visit again.

環境很好，很衛生，安靜，晚餐豐富。入住時知道有2個私人温泉可以預約，很高興！唯一要改善的的方是酒店要收取5歲小朋友jpy3300，但訂房時trip.com說是包的，最後trip.com都有退款。

酒店位置適中 ,早餐晚餐也十分美味. 尤其早餐和食. 房內設備齊全, 房內溫泉十分優雅, tatami 床鋪十分舒服, 一覺瞓到大天光.
酒店員工極為友善,由帶領我們泊車,拿行李入房,直到我們check out, 代我們放行李上車.十分窩心.

開在鄉下的高檔温泉民宿，貴在私人温泉，懷石料理，房間內設施都挺好，適合喜歡安靜休閑的，晚上基本不出門，沒啥娛樂設施

由熊本阿蘇機場去旅館坐巴士全程大概個半鐘，位置雖然唔太方便，但係服務一流，嘢食都係一流，服務員非常有善，溫泉又正，房間更加係冇得頂，大推👍🏼
