Overall good place to stay, some staff don't speak English but as a workaround showed me exactly what they wanted to communicate by using Google translate Only slight negative I had was the rooms weren't sounds proof, very far from it.

Helpful staffs

The room is very cold, sound insulation is poor. When registering two guests in the room, one towel, no shampoo, no shower gel. Breakfast is from 7 to 10, if you leave before 7 am you will not have breakfast, lunch boxes are not provided. The website states that the employees speak Russian; in fact, English is at an intermediate level. The hotel can only be reached by taxi; it is not possible by public transport.

I do not even know where to start This will probably be my worst hotel review of all time. The location of the hotel is somewhere in Istanbul, fortunately we were by car. Rooms - noise insulation of the room is zero, more precisely, if you want radiophone broadcast ***********, come here 😀 ... and knowing about this disadvantage and not at full capacity, managers could try to accommodate guests at least through the room ... If you have to get up early but can't wait for breakfast, here they start at 8:00 Water - at 10:00 am sharp, turned off, take a shower before leaving, no matter... This is one of the few hotels that we recommend avoiding!!! Don't be fooled by the stylish design in the pictures

The heat was a bit problematic, but overall it was good. Cleanliness, sound insulation was ideal

The room is not too big, it's ok for one person. Breakfast is relatively simple.

This is in continuation of my earlier post about poor room and food services on 26/08/2023 in Hotel Sherlock Homes Ooty. My stay was from 26 to 28 August 2023. The manager Mr Bala has considered the problem with due weightage and promised to improve in future. I would like to share the other experience of the Hotel. The ambience is very nice, with greenery around and a well maintained garden. Excellent view of Ooty from the hotel. The sleep was comfortable and breakfast very good. I have no regrets now for choosing this property for stay in Ooty. Barring initial issue, had a nice stay overall. Pankaj Gupta Dehradun

It was the best boutique hotel I stayed in Istanbul. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and we liked it very much. The staff were very interested. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Horrible!

Since there was no sound insulation, footsteps in the corridor and door opening/closing sounds were always heard. The inside of the toilet was dirty and the lid was broken. There was no dryer in the bathroom -1 Only the bedside sockets were working. We had to boil water for the kettle by our bedside. We stayed for one night, but I can't say it was very good. I liked the furniture of the rooms.

***et was a nice experience. The room and cleaning were nice. I expected the TVs to be Android, but they weren't. The location is a 15-minute walk from the metro. It cannot be said that it is a very decent neighborhood. If your expectation is only the comfort of the room, it will be a good choice. The employees were also helpful. Also, the rooms are not soundproof.
