Checked in without any problems. Found dried dog **** on floor and skid marks on vinyl couch. Bed had been half assed made up. Sheets were not clean. Spoke with very nice lady at front desk, swapped rooms it was very well maintained. Apparently different cleaning crew...

Visiting our UGA student, so just stayed one night. Spacious, clean, comfortable and just a couple miles from campus. Would stay here again.

Check in was uneventful. The room itself was clean. No sheets pillows or amenities for the pull out sofa were in the room we had to go downstairs to get them at bedtime. The tub drain was held up by literally a pen cap otherwise everyone was taking a bath. The fold out couch had some fun mystery stains and one of the queen beds slanted like sleeping on the side of a hill. Breakfast was pretty good for a family with kids. The pool is a nice amenity for cooler months but the door is broken and we had to be let in each time. Overall better than some we have stayed at in town but it seems like the repairs cleanliness and effort are just enough to get by and not get fired.

The hotel was close to lots of dining option and plenty of free parking. My room however, was the not the cleanest. I discovered a used washcloth still hanging in the bathroom shower and something had been spilled on the carpet. The door handles were all sticky.

I wish I knew before I booked that they did not have House keeping service tor the room
This should have been explained at check-in that they don't clean room except every 3 days and if you need extra towels you have to get them from the desk

Room not clean, smelled mildew, old chewed candy under bed. Toilet broken, furniture scratched and dented. Served same breakfast every day. No Fruit, bagels or English muffins. One yogurt for everyone to dip in. For some reason my key was deactivated and had to go all the way back downstairs to get it reactivated. Wish I could get a refund. Left early. It has gone down hill

I enjoy the rooms on how it is set up. Most private room I have stayed in. The staff that check my family in at 5pm on December 27th was extremely pleasant. I'm sorry that I missed her name.

The electricity went out during the night, was out that morning when we got up and was still out when we checked out and NO ONE addressed the issue at all.
