Early check-in was a breeze, and the room was spotless, truly reflecting the hotel's brand and service philosophy. Its location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the airport. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of variety.

This is an older hotel, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the environment is very pleasant. Our window directly overlooked Albert Park, and what's great is that the window could be opened slightly, which made for excellent ventilation. The hotel breakfast was also good. Unfortunately, because I wasn't sure if the stay would be comfortable, I only booked 2 nights initially. When I tried to book a third night, the hotel was fully booked, so I had to switch to a different hotel. I requested a late check-out, and that was quickly arranged.
