Ramada Hotels in Auckland

1. The service quality is very good, 2. The accommodation environment is also very good. 3. Friendly attitude of service staff 4. There is a comfortable bed and it is very comfortable to sleep on. 5. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and induction cooker, making it convenient for you to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. 6. The transportation is convenient. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the landmark Sky Tower and 10 minutes to the supermarket. It is also very convenient to take the bus.

I have stayed here previously and at Ramada residences across NZ and Australia, this is the worst by far. The shower was not up to Marsden standard. Black mould around the shower interior and when you opened the shower door reminents of the previous client's showering was visible, definitely not cleaned thoroughly or kept up to clean standard . The shower over flowed - you had to lift off the shower drain cap to view even more mould so that the water would run down the drain. Highlighted this to reception with photos emailed they said they would get this looked at...came back to the room bed was made...shower still the same black mould. Absolutely disappointing

Overall it's pretty good, after all there are not many hotels on the North Shore. The hygiene is not perfect, but it's good.

The service staff of the apartment hotel are very friendly and can cook. The dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware are all fully equipped. I stayed here for a week and it was very convenient to buy things~
