It's a 2 star hotel. Decent price. Good staff behaviour, breakfast was good. Kailash hotel owner was very good and driver Sunil vaidya was too good. We enjoyed our 2 day trip to ajanta ellora with one night stay through gurjas hotel service.

Room were nice a descent behavior from the staff , service was great , a good behavior from staff and a special shout out to Sachin Kadam. But there is one con that there is stairs no lift, but the staff was very polite

Not good. Staff is good but hotel.is not maintain well. Also it's over priced. Need some attention to look into this. Also food quantity needs to improve . Room can be little good also. Next year i will come soon. Rest was good. The room attendant was good.

This is not a good hotel. Not worth the 4/5 rating by any stretch of the imagination. The rooms are bad, unclean. The sheets are dirty. The mattress is hard. It does not even have a lift. The service is mediocre. The food is mediocre too. The one positive thing that I can say is that it does have hot water (good geyser).

MR kailash hotel ***ger is so kind to reply me through whatsapp. For all my requests. He will take care all your needs . I just booked room and cab with them. They picked me from station at midnight and took care for entire trip to Ajanta and Ellora and local sites in Aurangabad. Hotel has all the necessary amenities.

Mr Kailash is very professional and takes personal interest in making sure that guests are well cared for. We stayed for 4 days and availed hotel cab service. Mr Kailas gave his own car with a very trained driver Mr Anand who took care of Ajanta and Ellora visit ***** with other nearby places. He also took my suggession and incorporated the same immediately in the 2nd day of trip.
