Hot water is actually provided in the morning, which is so friendly to Chinese stomachs. The breakfast is very rich, and you can take away a cup of coffee after you finish it, which will keep you energetic all day long.

Very well located, nice staff and general condition of the hotel.
Our room had a very loud noise coming from some duct near the window, that keep running for the whole time of our stay.

Pros: clean, friendly service, location (close to plenty of social activities). Cons: bed and pillows were extremely soft, valet parking: very expensive (with different fees added, plus asked for tip with a fee!). It was a bit excessive. Overall, if they found a better way to process the valet situation, it would have been a better experience.

Hyatt Place is right downtown, close to the main streets and the river. The park is a short walk across the bridge and is an enjoyable town. The Hyatt staff were good and the valet was handy (parking is $50 per night or more anywhere in Austin).

Great location and very roomy, but for the price lacking in other ways. Breakfast was very limited, bed was not the most comfortable, and the doors slam beyond control.

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking pretty much everywhere. All of the staff I came in contact with was super nice and very helpful with every question we threw at them. The beds were VERY comfy and our room was spacious. The shower head was tall enough that I didn't have to bend down. The climate control in the room kept it very comfortable without creating a "cold side" or "hot side".

the service of the hotel is horrible, they don even change the bed sheets, dont even the towels, very disapointed, for the price I was hopping more service atention, but for the price is no worth it.

We had a pleasant stay. Our biggest issue was the parking. They should reveal that only option is a valet parking when you book the hotel. Also, they should have self park as well. Traveling with kids for 9 hours you need easy access to your car. I saw many families unhappy about parking solution.
