The room was clean, the front desk service was good, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. There are two things I don't like very much: first: there is only one pillow for each person in the room, and second: there is a round hole in the room, which makes sleeping at night very annoying. I don’t know if you can see hot air balloons in the breakfast restaurant, because the weather was bad during the few days I was there and the hot air balloons didn’t fly.

After communicating with the gentleman at the front desk, he said that there were no suites. Finally, we were given a superior room. It is no exaggeration to say that the size of the superior room was twice that of the first one. Fortunately, with the help of Ctrip customer service, we were able to refund the price difference. In addition, the quality of the breakfast was also very poor. I felt that some items from the previous day were left out for guests to eat. I think integrity is the foundation of business. A wonderful hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Super breakfast and restaurant staff always there to help. Rooms terrific and very clean. Great view of balloons from the terrace and just a stroll into the centre of town. Highly recommended.

The staffs are really helpful and friendly. I like the room vibe. My stay was for 1 night. I took bead and breakfasf option. Breakfast was simple but enjoyed the food. The staffs in the restaurant are very friendly. I recommend this hotel to stay in capadocia.

Amazing service. Clean rooms. Great location. Professional staff. Best breakfast ever. Love the cozzyness of this hotel. For hot air balloon views the terra e roof is the place. Will comback. My suit room was beautiful, clean, and a cave resemblence.front desk staff very helpful. Everybody spoke english.

This is a great cave hotel. It’s amazing. All the staff are nice. And I enjoy the two days living here! The breakfast is great. The view from the rooftop is great. This hotel is near to a lot of good restaurants, too. It’s very convenient. It’s a good choice.
