Room is spacious with a shared corridor as balcony. Everything is clean. Only the tiles on the toilet are a little rundown, but it wasn't an issue as you can wear slippers. Recommended to rent a scooter as the location is a little deep in the neighbourhood, but plenty of food options on the main road.
Good service from the groundsmen. Whatever you need, they'll provide it for you as best as they could.

Плюсы.
Очень дружелюбный персонал.
Паркуют байки на ночь на территории, не ленятся закатить и с утра выкатить. Есть общий холодильник.
Хороший вид с балкона, но он общий к сожалению.
Относительно тихо, персонал следит за тем чтоб никто ночью не шумел.
Минусы.
Очень маленький тесный номер, чисто поспать и ехать.
Старая, довольно ушатаная мебель.
Фильтры в кондиционере забиты пылью наглухо.

Очень уютное, чистое, приятное место!
Приветливая и доброжелательная команда, всегда были готовы помочь.
Комната комфортная, есть все необходимое, интернет очень хороший, есть горячая вода, телевизор, кондиционер, в комнате и на улице тихо, до главной улицы идти 5 минут.
С большим удовольствием вернусь снова.

Everything was really perfect 😍 The room was big and clean The owner was very kind and nice!! He is the best!! Thanks to him I tried so many different balinese dishes and I saw a lot of places!! I really suggest this place
