There are many check-in locations near the hotel. This time I stayed in a villa room.
The entrance is very large and clean. There are not many mosquitoes as expected. Because it is always close to the woods, there must be insects. The hotel spa is very cheap. The only drawback is that there is not much to eat nearby.

The staff is kind and friendly. The room is big, but very humid, and often smells like "噏", and the suitcase will get wet when placed near the wall. There are many ants on the bed, and the hot water heater takes a long time to get hot water. Because the activity schedule had to go out very early, I couldn't enjoy breakfast in the hotel, but I could have a breakfast box to take away and use it in the car, which is very good 👍🏻

Swimming pool with rocking chairs were poorly maintained, the water did not seem clean and the stones did not look clean.
Morning breakfast was disappointing. Few options. I ordered Balinese nasi, but it was very greasy and had a very strong smell and taste. After pointing this out, they offered me a good new dish (adjusted)

Resort is too good ,clean ,and staff is to helpfull melani one reception staff was so helpfull one off the engineering staff aris ,and one staff nada was very helpfull . Overall experience was too good . Stayed in ubud for 2 nights this was one off the best resort

We have stayed here for 2 weeks, and I can say this this was the most magical place I have ever been to and we have traveled a lot around the world. The hotel is just beautiful and surrounded by this beautiful forest , it’s a very calm and spiritual place. The hotel staff are amazing they will go out of their way to make you comfortable. Extremely friendly. The food is amazing and don’t forget the massage by Apre was great. I would like to thank Apre, Bayu, gitaaa, Ariantii, Wewin.Wepa. Diwa. And to all the cleaners who made sure our room was spotless every day. And I would also like to thank the reception staff they all were amazing. And last but not least the Gardner who made an so much effort to welcome you with the big smile. Thank you

A resort that hits the spot in every way possible: - serene - beautiful interiors - excellent customer service - kind and generous staff - dedicated hotel attendants ... and So much more! I cannot emphasize enough the therapeutic experience we had just staying here. The only reason to revisit Ubud is the people of this resort and the resort itself.
