Generally speaking, Raffles is first-class, with new facilities and a very good environment. Such a large hotel only has 32 villas, and the gardens and swimming pools are excellent. What I particularly commend is their invisible butler, who can understand the needs of guests at any time and quietly provide services. Cleaning up, changing bath towels, adding food silently. The only thing that needs improvement is to add a Chinese speaking service staff, so that tourists with poor English skills will have a better experience.

This is the luxury hotel with the worst service I have ever stayed in. It took more than 2 hours to check in. The hotel has a mediocre view and the public areas of the hotel are not allowed to take pictures with cameras. There is an additional charge of 1,500 RMB for taking pictures. The hotel itself is small, but the staff in charge of the hotel are like kings in the mountains, with terrible stinking faces.
