Good place near to Kuta beach, too many shops near to, good restaurants street food, near to the airport, service of the stuff was so good 🫶🏼🙏🏼

Often staying in J Hotel Kuta for the transit before my flight, because the location is really close with Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport. The service is excellent, this time I gotr room 109 which has a bad shower room, so tiny and the drainage didn't flow well, the floor was design different that can make the water stuck in the surface, it was full of water after shower. The toilet is leaking, and the Housekeeping didn't report that to the management to get it fix (It really waste a lot of water).
So far, I enjoyed my stay everything works well, and the staff is friendly and helpful!
will return for another stay with you guys!

Stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel is near airport thats why i choose J hotel Kuta. This hotel also strategy location near beach kuta and others place. The staff and service was 10/10! Everyone so friendly and helpful. Only for the toilet not so clean and hygenic. The rest 10000/10.

Blood on the blanket when I first checked in. AC units in most rooms were leaky and mouldy.
