When I stayed at this hotel, I think the rooms were dirty because the operation of this hotel was not completely smooth or there were very few guests. The environment of the hotel was beautiful. but I thought that the furniture should be updated. the staff were friendly.

This is bottom end hotel. Restaurant isn't really in service. Rooms are barely passable. No hot water. Some kind of training facility for hotel staff; So you might get disturbed by large formations of singing hoteliers. Front desk is not regularly staffed. Wifi isn't usable from the rooms. So you kind of have to be in the lobby or standing in the street to use it.
The maintenance guy (I guess that's what he was) was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist.

Something unexpected happened. Ctrip didn't book the original room, so we helped to change the booking to this hotel near the pier. It's an old hotel, so I made do with it. Anyway, I stayed there for one night and then moved out.

Door lock was broken, but instead of fixing it, the maintenance staff just kind of fooled with the lock and then told me not to touch it too much. The internet was broken. Arrived at night, the sign was poorly lit and very difficult to find especially as it's on a very busy street. This hotel has definitely seen better days. It's kinda sad, this place was probably great a long time ago. The toilet and shower were the best I've seen in Bali. The front desk staff were kind and friendly.

The staff spent more time sweeping paths than cleaning rooms. The bathroom was awful. The pool was nice though.
