As a very well travelled person, I must say this has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel, which has only 13 rooms, has so much charm and character, the pictures don’t do justice to the place, it has so much character, ever little detail has been thought of. The service is on a whole other level. It all started from when I booked, I got a what’s app message asking whether I needed transportation from the airport which I needed. At arrival, they all greeted me warmly and knew my name. I arrived early at 10:30 AM, although they didn’t promise early check in, to my surprise, my room was ready. The buggy service is amazing and so convenient. They would pick me up at anytime of the day although they’re official working hours is from 10:00AM-6:00PM, within a certain radius of the hotel. I wanted to rent a helmet to get on Gojek they so kindly offered me one to borrow. Last but not least, I was checking out at 6:00 am and they so thoughtfully prepared for me a bag with my breakfast to go without me even asking. Their food is also amazing. I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to swim or use the spa but I am sure it would have definitely exceeded my expectation. Overall, if you stumbled upon this hotel for your stay in Canggu, look no further, you must stay here.

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve been too, we stayed for 5 nights at the Gabrielle room. The moment you step into the hotel you get stunned of all the details and work they have put on the place . The location was a hit because all the aesthetic cafes and 5 stars restaurants and gyms are in the same area you only have to walk or buggy it that is totally free for all the guests staying in . We were so lucky to meet the amazing Laura who deigned the hotel she was so friendly and sweet and explained the story behind this alluring beauty. The privacy in the room is 100%. The service was amazing the staff were smiling all the time they were so Friendly made us feel like home. The room was always clean even if we only go for coffee and come back we would come to see the bed was made and the room was clean and the bed curtains was down all the small details that makes a whole difference. The food and the breakfast in the hotel was so good we didn’t skip one breakfast our whole stay. The secret spa and the therapist was amazing and the cherry on top was that the beach is only 5 mins away from the hotel and it’s a stunning beach with black sand. If you are staying at the La reserve make sure you try there pastries & croissants it will make you feel in Paris especially the pain au chocolat. We would like to Thankyou for the amazing stay you made it an extraordinary getaway and exceeded all our expectations. Coming back soon Enshalah.

I had a wonderful stay at La Réserve in Canggu. The place has a discreet charm, blending the elegance of the South of France with the serene atmosphere of Bali. Everything feels effortless here—whether it’s having breakfast at noon in your room, by the pool, or at the restaurant, anything is possible. The staff are both kind and efficient, always ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this oasis for those seeking privacy, luxury, and impeccable service.
