Hotels near International College in Bangkok

The room is clean.The bed is comfortable. The sheets , towels are clean. The bathroom is clean and good smell.There are toiletries. The surrounding are quite. There are restaurants,ministores nearby,can walk only few minutes.

Travel to stay 1am on 20/11 from Don Mueang Airport - The way used to travel is closed, you have to detour to another way, it takes a very long time. The hotel is in an easy entry point if coming late at night - before coming to the hotel, there was a call to make a reservation, but the staff informed that the walk in can come to the front of the counter. The room left, no need to reserve - When arriving Hotel counter in the middle of the night at 1am, the staff informed me to transfer work by scanning QR Code, but could not do the items. We tried to do 2 banks and use 2 mobile phones and could not do it. So I asked the staff for the account number. But the staff informed that there was only us QR code with very late and tired. There was cash. 700, so I asked to pay first and then come down to pay another 100 - 8.00 tomorrow. The staff called to the room while we were sleeping because we slept late last night. The staff called to collect the 100 baht that was left and wanted to go down to pay immediately, was sleeping soundly because I was very tired and very bad mood. - Clodor corridor, black lights on the whole floor and have to walk, turn on the flashlight from the mobile phone to find the room number by yourself - The sign indicates the room location number is not correct - The towels are very dirty - Behind the room, the cigarette butts are all overflowing

Amazing staff, the room is very spacious and the bed is neither soft nor hard—just the right amount of firmness. Both my friend and I got a good night's sleep right after a long day. However, the room is awfully thin and not very soundproof at all — we could hear people talking very loudly (and it's very clear too) and walking down the hallway as early as 7:30am when we still wanted to sleep in. Construction starts happening at around 9:30am right above us, thankfully after we already woke up but still a bit of a distraction and breaking the comfortable silence.

Checked in after 12am due to my late flight. Check in was smooth, staff was nice and communication was not a problem. Emailed about one day before about my arrival time and received a response very quickly. The room was VERY BIG. Love that it was super clean. The water pressure in the bathroom was good and the hot water is hot enough. Toothbrush, toothpaste and other toiletries were provided. Hairdryer was available. I love that the sockets were international sockets so I can use my own plugs from Singapore/Malaysia though I did bring an adapter for Thailand. There’s a 7-11 just opposite the hotel, it’s super big and has a lot of stuffs. You can also eat there. I didn’t walk out to explore further so can’t comment about any other food nearby. But the hotel is around 10-15 min bike away from impact. If you’re here for concert only it’s a pretty good choice. The hotel is also near DMK. My grab from DMK to the hotel took about 15 min.

This hotel bears the name of impact, but it is actually far away from the IMPACT exhibition hall. It is an embarrassing distance of 6 kilometers, which is not far or near, and there is no subway and you can only take a taxi. I don't really recommend this hotel for people attending the exhibition at IMPACT. Because the exhibition hall is about 6 kilometers away from the hotel, the location is very remote. It is very difficult to get a taxi after the exhibition. Even if you have good foot strength, you can walk for an hour without any problem, but the weather is very hot and people and vehicles are mixed, so it is not recommended. In addition, the hotel's central air conditioner is very noisy and must be turned off at night to sleep. The bed is very light and thin, and it will be fine with a little effort. Breakfast is also average. During the exhibition, the house price is between 400-500, and usually it seems to be only more than 200 yuan. The service is five stars, this is very good. The breakfast is on four floors, which is not satisfactory. At other times, you can order food on the fourth floor. If you are traveling and will return to Don Mueang Airport at the end, you can stay in this hotel. You can walk to BIG C and take a taxi within 100 baht. There are many private small villas in the back street of the hotel. The environment is very quiet and suitable for slow life. It is good to walk around.

Booked this place after a late flight into Bangkok. Was as stated on the website. For the price, no complaints

We chose Cinnamon Residence as our ASQ quarantine hotel for the mandatory fifteen night quarantine isolation upon entering Thailand from outside the country.  Cinnamon is a  basic, no-frills hotel.  Three meals a day, in plastic take-out containers were provided and dropped off on a chair outside our doors at 8:00, 12:00 and 17:00.   We chose all Thai food, as opposed to western food and found the meals to be pretty good.  The food, predictively, was delivered at or near room temperature, though there was a microwave in the room.  Any items breaded and deep fried came soggy, horribly greasy and beyond redemption by microwave.  I requested a china plate, a glass and a knife, but was told those items are forbidden.  Only the hotel issued Melamine plate, drinking cup, soup spoon or plasticware and plastic forks and spoons are allowed. The sliding window to the balcony was screwed almost closed and could not be opened beyond eight inches.  With that tiny opening, I did not have adequate reach for access to a towel drying rack under the air conditioner.  Residents are allowed to venture outside of the room only by special permission and have no access to the hotel gym or outdoors, whatsoever during their two week quarantines. In the best of circumstances, solitary confinement for over two weeks is difficult.  A couple of things made a nice difference for me.  When I had adequate internet access, I was able to pass the time much more pleasantly.  I needed to make several calls to the management during my first few days in quarantine, asking for attention to my WiFi to achieve that.  The information technology person in the hotel made several changes to my internet connection and finally achieved adequate connectivity for my needs most of the time.  I found that I was able to order grocery items online from Tops Market.  I could get fresh fruit that I craved, as well as other comfort food, I really liked having around.  I wonder how this hotel would have been for a non-public health related stay.  I don’t believe I’d return though, because coming back would likely bring back unpleasant memories of the experience of having been restrained here, inside of four walls for over two weeks.

Surrounded by residential areas, the hotel is relatively easy to find. The rooms are not big, but are fully equipped. Compared to other hotels, check-in at the front desk is faster, but the sound insulation effect is average.
