Hotels Near Yasashii Japanese Fusion Cuisine in Bangkok

Very nice hotel hidden in a residential area. It’s a proper hotel and really lives up to the expectation of being a brand under Banyan Group. It comes with a kitchenette, which comes in handy if you like to enjoy local food at the comfort of the hotel. The facilities are simple; a small pool and a gym. But being out most of the time, that doesn’t really bother me. The only cons is that it’s quite far from the main road. There’s a shuttle service provided by the hotel, but we only managed to catch it going out. So for the return trip, we had to walk about 10 minutes from BTS Thong Lor.

The customer service in Thailand is absolutely superb. Highlight the front desk staff, Namtip,Joy, and pang,mix,Wawa,and more. I gave the hotel all five stars,but It's not that perfect. Just because I'm in a good mood. Ps:中文提醒，甄选房的卫生和设备比普通豪华房，强很多。

Overall a pleasant experience, view is good, location is perfect. However the room cleanliness and facilities can be better. The room was dusty in some areas. Especially in the trays in the bathroom, and the couch had some stains on it. The plumbing is terrible though! The hot water runs out within 15 mins. Not even enough to fill up the tub. Either you have some hot water for the tub, or you have a shower and that is all of the hot water. Thankfully the weather wasn't very cold, otherwise the water would be too cold for showering.

Tribe Hotel is a newly opened hotel in 2024, offering a modern and trendy design. However, the rooms are not very spacious. Our stay was end of Feb 2025. We arrived early, around 10 AM, and the staff—Indy, Yale, and Gunny—were very nice and friendly. They kindly offered us an early check-in while ensuring we got a high-floor room as requested. The hotel room comes with a Nespresso coffee machine and 3 complimentary capsules, adding a nice touch for coffee lovers. The location is a 15-minute walk to EmQuartier, a popular shopping mall, but the hotel also provides a free shuttle service every hour, making it more convenient for guests. Day 1: We initially stayed in a twin room, but the beds were too small. The next morning, we requested a king-size bed, and the staff made the effort to arrange a room change. We left our luggage at the lobby in the morning, and the staff helpfully moved it to our new room later in the day. Day 2: The TV was not functioning, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room, likely due to toilet sewerage issues. We requested another room change, and the staff in charge immediately assisted us. The new room was much better, with no odor, and the TV worked well, allowing us to watch all channels. The hotel breakfast is decent, but the variety of options is limited.

The location is fantastic, Lawson & 7-11 just 1 min away. Afew massage options nearby and some wonderful cafes and food options available as well.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and I must say, it exceeded our expectations.  From the moment we checked in, we received personalized service from Khun Pat, who made us feel truly welcome. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with top-notch amenities. As an Elite Gold member, I was treated to the hotel's impressive butler service. After a long day of shopping, we requested for hot drinks, which were promptly delivered to our room.  The hotel's location was also a major plus, making it easy for us to travel with the BTS nearby.  What truly impressed us, however, was the hotel's commitment to responsive service. Every request we made were met with a prompt and courteous response. Overall,  we are happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service and amenities. Five stars, without a doubt!

The room is very different from photos of the room. Someone posted wrong photos of the room on trip.com. Hope it gets changed. The room and location is ok, next to terminal 21 and BTS train station

We went there for hospital check-up, it’s so convenient! They can help call the hospital to come pick us up, it’s really near, but there’s no public transportation nearby, so it’s only really convenient if we’re planing to Bangkok hospital~ The breakfast is good, variety choices to choose! Reception is good as well.

Spacious room size, complementary drinks in fridge (not sure if refillable coz i did not ask), mineral water in glass bottle refillable daily. Location at Rama 9 area.

The staffs care only about foreigners, a Thai person as myself always got ignored by the staffs. When I drive into the hotel, there was no security guard at all and when I parked my car, no staffs were there to offer me help to or tell me where the lobby is. The signs were confusing. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they don’t change the bedsheets or bathrobes at all, I came back to still found the dirty bathrobe I left on the floor being picked up and hanged back on the door hook. I wouldn’t trust them for the cleanliness of the room after seeing this. The room is not soundproof at all, you can hear all the sounds outside in the hallway and I can even see the light from the hallway all night so it didn’t offer me even the basic like goodnight of sleep for 3 days because all I can hear is the other rooms’ door closing sound all night for 3 nights. Even worse, the policy is no smoking but I can smell smoking everyday that I stayed here. I told the staffs 3 times but they didn’t take any action at all. Until the last night, I came back early and saw the room next to my room openly smoking in their room. Plus My room lights also all went out when I inserted my keycard, I thought my keycard was faulty so I went down to the lobby to change my keycard and complaint to the staffs about the smoking and the loud sound. They offer apologies and they said they would take action about the smoking. They even have the audacity to ask me why I don’t tell them earlier and do I know which room smoke. I’m a woman staying here alone, even if I heard or smell anything, would I dare to go out of my room to check? Common sense right? At last they resolved the smoking issues because when I went back to my room after I complained, the room next door was shut tight but I came back to my room still unclean (at this point it was 5pm already and I left my room at 8am, plenty of time to clean my room). The lights still wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling them from the room line but the staffs wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had to go out of my room to find the housekeeper and had them call someone to fix this. Half an hour later, the handyman showed up, told me he needed 1-1.5 hours to get this fix and proceeded to ask me if I hade some business to run. I said fine because I had some appointment and I would be back around 8-9 pm. I came back at around 10pm, I asked the lobby staffs if my room got fixed already, they said yes and please go check it myself if the lights came back, if not they would change the room for me. So I got back to my room. I was lying down ready to go to sleep when, tada!, the room’s light and ac went out again. I called them from the room line again, lucky they picked up this time, I told them I would like to get my room changed. They said would send staffs to help me move my stuffs. I cleaned up my things while waiting for staff to show up and show me a new room (during this time, the light came back and went out repeatedly for 2-3 time). I had to wait for them for 10 minutes at 11am. They moved my stuffs to the new room in the same floor but a bit smaller room. I wanted to get my sleep so I didn’t complain about the room being smaller and not what I had paid for. I got to go to sleep at about 12-1 am. In the morning, at around 11am they called me asking me would I be checking out today. I mean they wouldn’t even offer me late checkout for what I had to really because of your faulty electricity and all the problems that had occurred while I was staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again😤.
