"The quad room we stayed in had its own bathroom, which was convenient. However, there was some hair on the bathroom floor that hadn't been cleaned. Shortly after we checked in, another guest mistakenly tried to open our door with their key, thinking it was their room, which was a bit startling. I hope there could be more security measures for the room doors to enhance safety. On another note, parking nearby was very convenient."

AAnonymous UserThis time, I chose the Lanyang Wushih Harbor Sea View Hotel, which offers a more upscale experience. It’s a boutique hotel, small but exquisitely charming. The staff were friendly and warm, making us feel right at home with their welcoming reception and guidance. The reservations team thoughtfully arranged for our family to be on the same floor (we booked two double rooms, which are usually on different floors), which was a delightful and considerate surprise. This made it much easier for us to look after other family members traveling with us. For our elderly relatives' room, they even kindly provided a shower chair, ensuring they could enjoy a comfortable and safe shower. However, regarding breakfast, while there was a wide variety, a slight drawback was the lack of freshly prepared, custom-made dishes. There wasn't even a chef to make omelets or fried eggs. For a four-star hotel, this aspect of the dining was a bit disappointing, and I offer this as feedback for the restaurant. Overall though, we had a very pleasant stay! 😘
