It was a great experience, room is very clean, bed is very comfortable, food from the restaurant is excellent.

I came here for a business trip and found it okay. There aren't many places to eat nearby, and no convenience stores either. I mostly relied on Uber for getting around.

There is breakfast, a big bathtub, and a large area. I booked a deluxe room type. Opened in 1886, the building is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious, and it is located in the city center. There is also a massage service in the room, and the charge is about HK$760 for two hours, which should be considered cheap in Europe

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The service can be A lot better/ we asked foor clean towels few time and didnt get only when keep asking. The toilet seat was broke, we aske for fix and in all 4 days dhey didnt fix even when we asked few times. The stuff are very nice and look that they care and every time we asked something I saw that they colling for fixing but most of the time it didnt happened or happened after few request

I chose this hotel because it's close to my client. The location is quite convenient, very near to the North Station. If you've already bought your train tickets online, 20 minutes is plenty of time to get to the station. The area around the hotel is very lively. There's no ventilation system, so I could only open the window a crack to sleep. Haha, there were still people talking loudly and buses departing even at 3 or 4 in the morning.

I cannot fault this hotel. So perfectly situated without being noisy, lovely staff, fantastic and varied breakfast (with excellent coffee), a well appointed gym, spotless and spacious. Thank you for making a solo female traveller happy, well fed and safe.

Very cost-effective, beautiful environment, thoughtful service, quiet and clean, rich breakfast, close to restaurants, convenient transportation nearby. It is also close to the airport, very suitable for business travel.

It was good experience. Closer to bus station and tram station was only 700 meter . The only bad point was lot of noise . No control after evening . Groups were singing and disturbing others . Breakfast was included . Simple and good . But noise made the stay horrible . Must be control after 8 PM . Rest was good
