Catalonia Barcelona Plaza

This hotel is amazing! They clean the rooms every day, and the staff are super friendly. The location is also fantastic – the metro station is right outside the door, and the Bullring shopping center is next door. Absolutely brilliant!

Good location, worth a visit.

Stayed at this Barcelona hotel right by the square. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff, who spoke Chinese, was very friendly. Across from the hotel, there's a large shopping mall and a supermarket, making it very convenient for getting around. Major attractions are just a few minutes away by taxi. One minor disappointment was the electric kettle; it was quite dirty, and even after getting a replacement, it still wasn't very clean. Overall, the location is a big plus, but the hardware details could use some improvement.

Very good, convenient transportation, comfortable rooms, and the front desk staff even spoke Chinese, very friendly and welcoming to Chinese guests.

Toilet paper wasn't consistently refilled; some days it was, some days it wasn't. Water bottles were only provided on the first day of our stay. The location is good, right outside the metro station, but there are quite a few shady characters around. Cons: The restaurant is right next to the elevator on the ground floor, and also close to the main entrance, which feels a bit insecure. Anyone with bad intentions could easily follow you into the elevator and up to the rooms. One day, after housekeeping had cleaned, I came back to the room and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. 🤦🏻‍♀️
