Place is ok because they provide free parking for hotel guest and you really need a car if you wish to travel from the hotel. Other than that place is good for a one or two night stay.

I stayed at Mercure Selayang because my mother had a medical appointment at Hospital Selayang, and the location was perfect.. just a few minutes away. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious with a nice view, and the bed was very comfortable. The convenience of having shops and restaurants nearby made things even easier for us. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free stay, especially during a busy time with hospital visits. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who needs to be near Hospital Selayang or wants a relaxing stay in the area.

really good location easier to find food and nearby hospital go to Batu Caves is very near and 15 minute to KL and anywhere ,very helpful Hotel staff and check in and check out very fast.

Overall good and spacious room. Tiles inside washroom need to clean properly as can see dirt on tiles.

We received a room with wonderful view, facing three iconic tower of Malaysia. The staffs are friendly especially at the restaurant. They treat us like family. I love the.room cleanliness. The foods are delicious.

Facilities in the room are a bit old, the fridge temp not so cold. Otherwise, very nice shower water pressure, sink has spots with a bit of mold though. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Bfast menu was so-so but quite affordable however the egg and thosai station was late in opening and on the 2nd day thosai station didn't open at all.

Very nice host..very spacious place..attach to monorail station. Shopping mall just downstairs.private parking provided. Place at heart of KL. Will comeback again for next stay for sure..

Stay here to attend a meeting nearby. Satisfactory stay. Good business hotel Checked in late around 11pm. No issues. Location is easy to find and ample parking
