The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to have late check out which I appreciated a lot. My grandpa loved the red tea provided for breakfast very much. One thing to improve would be having anti-slippery mat in the bathroom. All in all, my family had a great trip in this restaurant.

I stayed here after drinking at Haidilao in the middle of the night. The suite is large and quiet. The front desk lady will not let you get up too early. Very good. Vienna's service is a thumbs up.
