The customer service staff were really great; very friendly and quick to resolve any issues. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Wanda Plaza, so there are plenty of food and drink options nearby. It's also super easy to get to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport or Hong Kong; you can book tickets right across the street at Dafang Travel, and the waiting area is there too. Very convenient! The only downside is that the hotel facilities are really old.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to have late check out which I appreciated a lot. My grandpa loved the red tea provided for breakfast very much. One thing to improve would be having anti-slippery mat in the bathroom. All in all, my family had a great trip in this restaurant.

My room was next to the linen room. I don't know if it hadn't been used in a while, but it had a slightly stuffy smell when I first moved in. Turning the air conditioner down a bit cleared it up. The room was large, with a king-size bed. The furniture was a bit old, and the door to the room, bathroom, and cabinets all felt worn. You had to force the door open and close. This was my first time staying at this hotel. At first, I mistakenly thought I could enter the hotel from inside the Wanda building. Only the parking lot is shared with the Wanda building.
