Excellent stay! Everything was perfect — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, check-in was smooth, and communication with the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had all essentials for a pleasant stay, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. Amazing location, the receptionists and conceirge were all kind and very helpful. The only issue was it got warm during the day in our room due the direction of the sun and we could not lower the thermostat to cool it down. Other than that, we had a good time and would stay here again.

Modern furnishing. Rooms and bathrooms spacious. Quiet room. Service was top notch. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast didn’t have so much varieties , just the usual English breakfast. Hotel is near to “Town centre”. Just a walking distance. Everything you want is just around. Great restaurants and shops. Pharmacy and all. Bus is easily accessible. Sagrada  familia was just like 15 mins drive. We took a bus back. transport so easy. Bogatell beach is 10 minutes walk. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Very clean & facilities are in good condition. Although the interior are a bit old-fashioned (typical 2010s style, e.g. no USB charging port in room), everything is in good shape for good relaxing rest. Location is good to find and very close to the coast/beach.

It was a great stay, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect. Close to all the busy spots and near the water too. The only thing is it would be nice if the pool and outside area was open all year round not just summer, they could put heaters and heat the pool that would have made it a perfect stay, nonetheless it was great.

Great location! Very close to the beach and the historic city center. Well-connected. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff and service were very satisfactory. One hundred percent recommend! We will definitely repeat our stay here when we're back in Barcelona.

Barcelona, as the first city of my Spain 🇪🇸 trip, far exceeded my expectations. It's clean, beautiful, orderly, vibrant, and modern! Choosing this hotel was a great decision too. The deluxe sea-view room was on a high floor, had excellent soundproofing, and a fantastic view. The hotel also provides drinking water 🚰 which is a huge plus. Next time I'm in Barcelona, I'll definitely stay here again!

I arrived at the hotel at 2 AM after confirming by phone that arriving late and finding the parking would be easy. My mother had already arrived and paid for the parking. However, the night receptionist didn’t know where the parking was and only gave me some printed papers with directions that were confusing. Because of this, I drove around Barcelona for over 30 minutes, exhausted, stressed, and even crying. I stopped at another hotel to ask for directions, but in front of me there was a vandalized car and two men yelling, which made me feel unsafe, so I left the area. Eventually, the receptionist found that the parking was on the opposite side of the road. I only slept from 3 AM to 8 AM, and when we checked out at 10 AM, I explained the situation, but the hotel offered no solution or refund for the €25 parking. Overall, the experience was very stressful, unsafe, and the service was poor.

The hotel is right by the sea, the price is not expensive, the sea view room has a beautiful view, it takes five minutes to walk to the beach, you can watch the sunrise and sunset, swim and surf, there are many seagulls, the hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, parking is convenient, there are many restaurants around, the breakfast is very Spanish, the room is well soundproofed, the sleep is comfortable, I will stay again next time.

From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, always with a genuine smile, and patiently answered all our questions. It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued. My elderly travel companions are quite particular about their food, and they had a few unconventional requests. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate them, and that feeling of being prioritized was truly wonderful. The room's view also deserves a special mention! The moment I pulled back the curtains, I was absolutely stunned. The panoramic sea view outside was breathtaking and magnificent, with planes occasionally flying by. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and at night, you can see countless lights twinkling. Even at midnight, people were everywhere on the beach, chatting, playing beach volleyball, and even doing Western-style line dancing. Every photo you take turns out picture-perfect. Facilities and dining also didn't disappoint. The outdoor pool environment was fantastic; just soaking in it and enjoying the view was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast spread was super diverse, offering a full range of Chinese and Western options, hot and cold dishes, fruits, and desserts. Every morning, we started our day feeling satisfied and happy. For dinner, we opted for a set menu, and the portions were incredibly generous – enough to easily fill two people, and the taste was spot-on. All in all, whether it's the service, the environment, or the dining, the W Barcelona excels in every aspect. Next time I'm in Barcelona, I'll most likely choose this hotel again! Absolutely fantastic!
