"This hotel is located near Pham Van Dong, an area popular with Koreans, so there are many businesses catering to Koreans nearby. The location is great, and the facilities for this price are excellent. I'm not sure if it's just on Delivery K, but when I searched for this hotel's name, it showed a different hotel about a 4-minute walk away. So, I'd recommend Korean guests double-check the hotel address when ordering delivery. There was some drilling noise during the day from construction right next door, but it was tolerable."

HHenry_the_KingTo be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice) The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again. The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation. Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

IIrina GLOTOVAWe recently stayed at the Marriott Resort & Spa Danang. The hotel itself is an absolute delight. The grounds are stunning, vast, lush, well-maintained, and boast beautiful photo opportunities – you can take tons of pictures! There are huge pools with warm water and a relaxation area. The staff are wonderful people; the service is top-notch, and housekeeping cleans the room twice a day. Breakfasts are a work of art in themselves! The buffet is overflowing with variety: a huge selection of everything! Unfortunately, the beach in Danang is public, and the hotel seemingly doesn't have the legal rights to clean the coastline. Because of this, you often find trash on the sand. However, the hotel keeps the areas in front of the sun loungers clean.

DdavylegrandThe hotel overall is dated but not old. It has everything that you are looking for but not on a 5 Star level. The service is average, everyone is friendly and helpful and more like a 4 Star rather than a 5 Star level. We stayed at the beachfront deluxe room and it was lovely being close to the ocean. The breakfast was amazing and had a big variety of options. The location is great right by the ocean and about 10 minutes into HoiAn old town. Good value for money!

GGuest UserHonestly, this room isn't worth 1600 RMB a night, but since my friend was holding their wedding here, I had no choice but to stay. The pros: The hotel's location is excellent, with a private beach and beautiful gardens – all top-notch facilities. The cons: The room itself is roughly on par with a more upscale Atour Hotel back home. The bathtub leaked, the toilet seat wobbled every time you sat on it, the ceiling fan switch couldn't be turned off, and the space wasn't very big. Even the slippers were like those disposable paper ones you find in a Home Inn. So, in summary, the room itself isn't worth the price, but the exterior scenery is absolutely stunning and definitely worth it. Check-in at the front desk was very slow, but the service attitude was excellent.

JJJun..Had a good stay at this hotel overall. The room was spacious and cleaned very well every day, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were also very nice, polite, and always helpful whenever needed. One of the highlights of the hotel was definitely the swimming facilities. Having access to two free pools was great, and both were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. The hotel also has a beach club with a couple nice restaurants. The atmosphere there was enjoyable, especially for relaxing by the beach while having good food and drinks. It was a great addition to the overall stay experience. The only downside was the breakfast. While it was acceptable, the menu became quite repetitive and boring after a few days. There could definitely be more variety and improvements in the breakfast selection. Aside from that, it was still a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

AAnonymous UserThe room all old furniture… Small room… can’t imagine those who bring big luggage, hardly got space to walk… Such small room should remove the small table and chairs… The TV remote was not working, request to change battery … they say will come to my room immediately … but in the end… waited 10minutes nobody comes.. I have to bring the remote to reception to get the battery replaced …. They got a cold fridge… The breakfast serve nice buttery pancakes… Other food… not so good… They never top up food when finished… The restaurant that only one who always give a smiling face is the one who cook the pancake and egg station… More room for improvement… Surprisingly this hotel have many Indian nationals customers … so you can see few when breakfast, use hand to take food although tongs are provided …I just comment what I saw in the 3 days…no hard feelings … Hotel Near 2 nice bakeries…and Macdonal… Also near an overpriced massage place for men… no women… better skip this place…

The room was not only big but also spotlessly clean, and it offered the best view of the sunrise I’ve ever seen—waking up to that every morning was pure magic. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to start the day right. The location is great too: it only takes about 15 minutes to reach the core beach, where you can enjoy jetskiing, parasailing, and other fun water activities. Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family, this resort is a fantastic choice. I will definitely revisit!

RRoman.KusIt is a solid place. The room was nice. Two beds. Nice view from the window. The sheets were clean and smelled nice. Wi-Fi was fast. Drawer is enough for clothes even though there are not enough hangers. There are small insects on the furniture (table) but you can ask for repellent or spray that kills them for a long time. There is a kettle and daily water, tea and coffee. There is also a fridge. Service was great. Any issue and question was resolved speedily. Fun fact. There is special massage on the second floor with the 1.4 million starting price. Btw if your shower hot water does not work, check fuse and turn it on (upwards).
