HalfMoonKidGorgeous tropical, relaxed vibe — the InterContinental Danang is genuinely beautiful. Service can be a bit slow at times, but honestly it just forces you to slow down too, which fits the atmosphere perfectly.
Breakfast at Citron is the absolute highlight and a must — get there early to secure outdoor seating with those incredible views. Be prepared to spend an hour just taking photos for social media; it's that picturesque.
Barefoot, the Italian spot by the beach, was excellent. The pizza was probably one of the best I've had in Vietnam (yes, better than Pizza 4P's). Dessert was fantastic too. Be sure to book activities as soon as you arrive, as they fill up fast.
La Maison 1888, the Michelin 1-star, was a bit of a letdown in my opinion — too expensive, too salty, and just okay overall. You're probably better off saving your money for an omakase elsewhere, or a proper 2 or 3-star experience.
The HARNN Heritage Spa massage, while around 7x more expensive than what you'd pay outside the resort, was surprisingly excellent and well worth the splurge.

Attached photo for the view from our hotel room.
Pool (8/10): outdoor, pleasant temperature, clean water, no smell, a little small, suitable for chilling. There is also a snooker table by the pool
Room (8/10): we liked the 3 single beds which can be combined into a giant size bed for the whole family. The room is clean and has enough amenities for general usage. However, noise cancellation is almost non existent so you should hear almost everything happening outside the room.
Service (3/10): upon check-out we were told that one of the non-complementary water bottles is missing from the fridge for which we needed to pay (40,000vnd). They said there was a small paper on top of the fridge that shows the count of 2 water bottles while there was clearly only 1! The fridge was small it has space to hold only 1.5 bottles and it was so funny seeing the room guy trying to squeeze the 2nd bottle to show me that they had previously put 2 bottles in there then looked around the room finding the hidden bottle. Didn’t want to argue further so we just paid for it. Overall a pleasant experience became sour for the sake of a bottle. Would not come back again.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit old. Many solid wood doors have warped over time, rubbing against the solid wood floors, but this also fits the villa style. A brand new villa just doesn't quite feel like a villa.
Environment: The environment is great and quiet, especially after staying in villas near My Khe Beach for a few nights. The quiet and harmonious feeling is wonderful. It's less than 100 meters from the beach, and enjoying dinner at the hotel, feeling the sea breeze, and admiring the My Khe night view is very pleasant. The hotel is close to various attractions on Son Tra Peninsula, making it suitable for a relaxing beach vacation. However, it's best to sort out transportation in advance. It was a pity we couldn't rent an electric scooter this time, so we didn't complete the island bike tour, only doing less than half a loop.

If you are looking for a cozy boutique-style hotel close to Hoi An, this is the perfect place.
The hotel has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, the breakfast is excellent, and the beach, although not very large, is clean and well maintained. We always managed to find available sunbeds.
The entire staff—at reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant—were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling.
We divided our 10-day holiday between two hotels. We chose Boutique Hoi An Resort because it is closer to Hoi An. At first, we were slightly hesitant because it is a four-star hotel and this was our first visit to Vietnam, but its awards and excellent reviews gave us confidence. It turned out to be a wonderful choice, especially compared with the second hotel we stayed at, which was a large and crowded five-star resort.
Thank you to the entire team at Boutique Hoi An Resort. Keep doing what you are doing—you are doing it very well!

Guest UserThis was the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. The environment is beautiful and very clean, and the room assigned by the handsome guy at the front desk was perfect! The swimming pool is right outside our door. We booked a sea-view room with an ocean view, so it was quite expensive. However, the same room on other platforms, like Gaode or [Platform Name Redacted], offered the same sea-view room with double breakfast for significantly less on the same day. So, Ctrip definitely seems to be price gouging loyal customers. We compared prices on Gaode and found it to be much cheaper. The last four pictures show the price comparison! It's worth comparing prices across multiple platforms before booking.

William HT SiuWe had a wonderful family stay at Danang Mikazuki. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Thi, Uyen, and Umi, who made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.
The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing the perfect environment for our family. The resort facilities were excellent — the water park was a highlight, and our kids had a fantastic time enjoying all the activities.
The resort itself is large and beautifully maintained, with buggy rides available to take you anywhere conveniently. It’s truly ideal for families with children, offering both relaxation and fun.
Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend Danang Mikazuki to anyone looking for a family-friendly resort in Danang.

Guest UserWe stayed as a family with our 7-year-old child.
What's good:
1) The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, I'd say.
2) Clean beach, long coastline, few people in the sea.
3) Well-maintained grounds; you can tell they take care of it.
4) Delicious food, varied breakfast, 3 restaurants with something for every taste.
5) The rooms are spacious, you can tell they're not new, but everything is clean, and housekeeping is constant. We had a sea-view room on the second floor, although the sea was visible through the pool, which could be seen as a minor drawback.
6) Large area, with entertainment options (tennis, paddle, mini-golf, billiards, a farm, and a game room) and quite large swimming pools.
7) Excellent spa, deserving a separate 5-star rating. The staff is friendly. The masseuse Mina is simply superb!
Now for the downsides:
1) Kids' club: When booking, we read many reviews saying it was fantastic. Well, those people don't know what a good kids' club is. Not only is it only free for 2 hours (photo attached), but it's more like a childcare room. There's only one activity per day for children, so don't count on it.
2) 'Napkin' booking (photo attached). There's always a chance your reservation might be missing.
3) SERVICE. This deserves a separate negative! It feels like you're not welcome anywhere and nobody is waiting for you at all. The Vive Oceane restaurant, with its administrator Cristine Vu, deserves a special mention – she acted as if everyone owed her something and she hated everyone around her.
There are paid services for sun loungers, but it's as if they don't exist; you can wait an hour for coffee, and the bill takes about an hour too.
4) Dirty pool, lots of people in the pool, and broken tiles in it. Our child even cut their foot. The pool really needs renovation.
5) Lack of infrastructure near the hotel (like a 7/11 in Thailand, for example).

Guest UserWe booked a family room for a week! We arrived at 6 AM, and early check-in cost extra. I don't remember the exact amount, but it was around 1800₽. I consider this a drawback ➖, especially since we moved to another hotel a week later that offered immediate check-in at no additional cost.
The hotel itself is a bit old. The room walls were dirty, but surprisingly, there was no musty smell; instead, the room had a pleasant, clean and fresh scent. The toilet and shower were clean, and the water didn't flood the entire bathroom thanks to a small curb. The towels were clean. The beds were comfortable, and although the bed linen was old, it was clean. The air conditioning worked well.
There were windows in both the room and the bathroom, which was great for drying clothes quickly.
The breakfasts were modest but offered a good selection. There was enough to eat, and the pancakes were delicious. There were a lot of Indian guests, a significant number. Few Europeans, but our floor seemed to have more European guests.
Occasionally, the Wi-Fi would cut out. If you need to work, keep this in mind. It was rare, but it did happen.
The view from the window was magnificent, and even better from the toilet! The beach was a 15-minute walk away!

Angelyn HaffendenBell man was excellent - so warm & friendly ! Ms Thao of Reception was helpful. Ms Anh of Cenvaree Spa was also helpful. However, rooms / hotel is old & in need to refurbishing. Spa towels did not smell nice. Massage & spa services was not that good - as though they hated their jobs ! They did not hand us the key until sharp 3 pm !! We had 2 rooms & asked if we can use 1 room but receptionist were all ”grumpy”. Staff also did not speak English very much. The location itself is good - on gorgeous Non Nuoc beach !

ElenaKeySpacious and beautiful room with large windows, letting in lots of light. The room also has a bathtub. The staff are pleasant and friendly, and there's a large pool on the rooftop. On the first floor, there's a gym with exercise equipment and mirrors. The second floor features a spa and sauna. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the sea and boasts a good location with shops and cafes nearby.
