The breakfast is good, the tricks are a little bit less, the environment is good, there is also a parking place, the service attitude is very good, I don't know if I can add an extra bed, but the place to take the kids out at night is quite big.

The wireless network in the room is not stable, and the carpet in the room is a bit smelly. Everything else is very good. Parking is very convenient, and the hotel has its own large courtyard. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. Fairly satisfactory experience.

帶孩子從北京回東北老家，為了不給家裡人添麻煩，選擇住酒店。酒店的服務員，無論前台還是打掃衞生的人員，幾乎每個人都在抽空玩手機，雖然酒店裝修不錯，但是管理太差，前台值夜班人員服務更差，讓直接在酒店訂不讓走攜程，另外在攜程訂房本身房間就含3份早餐，入住時不給早餐券，去索要時服務員態度特別惡劣，非得讓提供三個人的身份證才給早餐券，大過年的就直接把早餐券丟在你的面前。這次入住體驗太差，以為小城市服務就這樣所以忍了，後面幾天果斷換了如家酒店，服務和房間檔次簡直天壤之別，價位還便宜一點點。

半年之內兩次繞東北、內蒙大環線旅遊，兩次路過北安都住在這裏，酒店配套設施完善，衞生乾淨整潔，後面有免費參觀的軍工博物館，房間很大，冬季供暖很足，電視很大很好看，自助早餐品種豐富，下次來還會住這裏

太熱太熱太熱，還不能開窗户透氣，我到的比較晚，大概2-3點，我一進去就表示不好意思打擾您睡覺了，但是這位女士態度還是很差，覺得我吵到她了，可是您是否知道你老闆請你上夜班不是讓你睡覺的，衹不過默認晚上沒啥事兒給您休息下，然後商量下下午2點退房堅決不肯，第二天中午打電話到前台。另外位女士非常爽快答應了，入住率又不是很高，何必跟客人糾結一個小時兩個小時呢？又沒有很過分

設施完善，就是熱水器有的房間温度上不來，放水一個多小時，水温仍是35度。定的豪華房卻給標準房，個別前台服務員態度不好差😦
