下面就是金灘，步行即可抵達。老闆留的高樓層，在客廳陽台就能看見大海，春節期間，套房才500多，性價比很高很高了，
設施：裝修很新，非常好，有家的温馨
衞生：整理乾淨
環境：小區環境好，樓下就是金灘
服務：老闆熱心，不錯

兩個卧室床都比較大，有個超大的陽台能看到海，有廚房可以自己買海鮮煮。樓下停車比較方便，樓下有超市飯店。家人出行首選。

100%真實體驗：民宿位置距離海灘很近，可惜這一帶的沙灘海水都是比較臟的。
十一長假訂了三天的民宿，起先給的房間設施比較陳舊，而且密碼鎖是爛的，給了一把老式的機械鑰匙，當時就覺得不方便，架不住民宿客服一頓忽悠，自己也覺得影響不大就接受了，誰知第二天帶着鑰匙出門後才被告知沒法搞衞生了，因為就衹有這一把鑰匙！客服又是一頓忽悠這次沒再妥協，最終投訴到攜程才給更換了房間。
沒想到還有更奇葩的事情又來了，隔天遊玩回來居然發現沒人來搞衞生，民宿自己發的明文承諾“客房打掃時間為10-12點左右”，客服卻梗着脖子辯解説是晚上搞衞生還説3～5分鐘就搞好，而給攜程的答覆卻説是因為客人多忘了安排？！節假日房費價格翻了幾倍，不敢奢望服務提升，但縮水打折實在太不應該。
PS：攜程客服小姐姐協調解決問題能力都很強，靠譜。

服務態度好，房間新的，衞生乾淨，早上起床就能看到大海，體驗感很棒。下樓出門離海200不到應該，家裡那位很滿意。

離海邊真滴超近，房間乾淨整潔。有家的味道很舒服。老闆熱情周到超時退房也沒有收我的加時費。帶行動不便的父母來桂林旅遊沒有買到回去的票，一路玩到了北海。由於温差原因都感冒了。沒有好好的遊北海。下次有機會還會再來。會再次光臨哦

房間、陽台都很大退房那天發生個小插曲店家也很快解決了。總體覺得非常滿意👍
