I'll give you a five-star review first, but objectively speaking, I don't know why I was told by the front desk that I had to check out at 13:40, even though I was allowed to check out at 14:00. What's the point of worrying about these 20 minutes? If this is the case, I suggest you inform or mark it in advance to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. Fortunately, I can arrange the time today.

The front desk service is great. The newly renovated hotel is very clean and the experience is very good. The key is that it is very cost-effective. You will never find another hotel with the same price in Daxing Huangcun. Whether it is service or experience and comfort, only those who have stayed there I understand. It is really the most treasured hotel I have discovered this year. I think most of them are repeat customers. It seems that everyone who has stayed there knows it. It is highly recommended. If you need it, come quickly.

First of all I would like to say thank you so much to the staff ( cleaning ladies which they made my stay comfortable and in a clean environment, people from the kitchen for the delicious breakfast and people from reception - even they didn't speak good English they helped everytime when I asked for support from them).
The location it's a bit far away from the city centre - about an hour with the metro. But once I booked a cheap place I knew that it's far away.
The price for the hotel it was convenient and if I'm going to come to Beijing again, definitely I will chose this hotel again.
All the best and keep the same standard.

MMe麦I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its excellent location, close to various attractions. While the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. One unique feature was the meal delivery robot that brought food right to my doorstep, although I wished it came with a notification system. Overall, a pleasant stay with convenient amenities.

YYue00It's rare to catch up with the working day, and sneak away to the suburbs to hide.
This homestay is next to Longqing Gorge, just outside the fence of the scenic spot, so it is very easy to find.
Because we were the only one who booked a room that day, we enjoyed the pleasure of booking a room😅 The car had arrived, and the service boy came out very enthusiastically to help with the package.
The hotel lobby and rooms are large and clean. Each room has a small terrace with two chairs and a small round table. It is a rare enjoyment to hide in the shade and drink a small beer.
The premise is indeed to catch up with the weekdays. If it is a weekend or summer vacation, it is estimated that the children will have fun in the pool party area.
The large terrace on the third floor can be used to watch the sunset and have dinner at sunset. Because it is next to the mountain, it is recommended to go up half an hour earlier than the sunset time.
Before leaving, the little brother also specially sent a bag of apples🍎.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

Very friendly customer service even we want to take a taxi we have no app to order taxi the customer service help us to go out to the main road and help us stop a taxi and get us to airport. HHannahAmazing apartment with plenty of room for relaxing and great staff and services. Staffs are very willing to help and friendly, especially Xia who had helped us to book our tours and solve some of our problems. It is close to subway ( about 8 minutes walk) and conveniently located within walking distance to a few well known eateries.
The only small problem is that our apartment located just above some empty stores that are undergoing renovation so from 8am to 6pm everyday there's banging and construction noises. This brings dusts everywhere and I recommend the cleaners to not just vacuum the rooms but also mop the floors as well to remove all dusts collected during the constructions.

We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.

The lobby provides complimentary drinks, and the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly, accommodating my room extension seamlessly. The cleaning staff is also very welcoming, greeting guests warmly in the hallways and generously offering additional bottled water, which is a thoughtful touch, especially during hot summer weather. The room itself boasts a great view, completing a wonderful stay.

BBernie123The room is decent size for the price and it is well distributed. The closet is just a hanger for like 4 or 5 garments so beware. Bathroom unfortunately was a bit smelly. Bed was comfortable. I did not like the included breakfast because it’s actually a bag they leave outside the door every morning with the same menu everyday and did not like all the items. I will try a different hotel in my next visit to Beijing.
