We had a wonderful stay at the Universal Studios Beijing Hotel as a family! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Universal Studios, which made our trip so easy and stress-free. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was beautiful and offered an excellent view of CityWalk, which lit up beautifully at night. Highly recommend this hotel for families visiting the park—it truly enhanced our experience!

The hotel is very good from the appearance to the environment. The child said that the front door has a Harry Potter feeling. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient. It is very close to Universal Studios and there is a shuttle bus. The front desk service attitude is gentle and kind. I checked out in a hurry in the morning and left my child's favorite doll behind without noticing. The front desk called to help me express it home. Thank you so much

Check in with the receptionist 小杰. He is very attentive and friendly. He also explained to us the weather and facilities in the hotel. Room was amazing with technology feel and our kids love the bunk bed. We purchased the breakfast voucher when check in and the food was good with variety choices. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Universal Studio. Room is clean and spacious.

I booked the hotel because it is close to Universal Studios. I was attracted by the overall decoration style and the fully intelligent electronic control system. I didn't have high hopes at first, so I only made an appointment for one day to test the waters first. When I arrived at Beijing Station (Beijing Railway Station), I walked directly across the square to Beijing Subway Station to take the subway. When I arrived at Line 1 Tuqiao Station Exit B, I went down the stairs on the right hand side and crossed the road. When I entered the hotel, I found that it was actually a semi-open-air design, including the doors, which were all automatically sensed. After entering the room, all the electrical appliances, especially the toilet, were intelligent. I also loved the electronically controlled curtains. The 2-meter big bed and the super large TV can also adjust the angle. It's super OK to sit on the sofa or on the bed. There is a small refrigerator. I loved it the whole time. I felt like I was at home and relaxed. The bathing was separated into dry and wet areas. A lady would call in advance the day before check-in to ask if there were any special requirements. After arriving at the store, they were all met. The room was much larger than the guest map. I booked another 2 days later. The price-performance ratio was full. I personally think that in Shanghai, this quality, this service, and this price are absolutely unique. In a traditional city like Beijing, Roya is definitely a dark horse. You can even order takeout and deliver it to the room Or you can put it at the door, it depends on your personal preference. The room is super quiet. Babies who have a little requirement for accommodation can try it. After a day of playing, the fatigue of the day can be swept away. It opened in 2023. Various facilities are relatively new. The brothers and sisters who check in are there 24 hours a day. You can find them directly at any time. There is an urge to experience it again. There is also a small bathtub in the room. Babies or couples who like to take a bath should love it. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view. I hope it can help babies~😉

The reception staff were amazing and incredibly helpful to a foreigner, resolving all issues promptly. I also want to highlight the excellent breakfast and the great chefs. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Beijing so far, and it's relatively inexpensive as well.

This is a good hotel to stay though it's a little bit far from the center of Beijing capital. We really enjoyed our stay in there through our 20 days sightseeing visit to tourist attractions of Beijing capital. Its close location to the Tuqiao Subway Station is a great advantage for daily traveling to our desired destinations. The Hotel's excellent housekeeping, reception service with smiling and helpful staff create pleasant impressions for us during our stay. One point that needs improvement is the communication between guests and the hotel staff. You will certainly face with difficulties should you be unable to talk with them in Chinese even a little bit. Above all, we experienced an enjoyable stay with Xiaomei Hotel with our sight-seeing tour in Beijing capital.

We are a family of three adults, we booked this hotel for two weeks in separate booking, just in case if we decided to move to another hotel. This is our second week booking of the hotel. The hotel is a short 5-10 minutes of walking distance from Wanshengdong subway station (Wanshengdong station is very close to Universal Beijing Resort so it is about one hour of travelling by subway to the centre (Ring 1) of Beijing). Upon arrival, the reception lady was friendly, quick an efficient. Checkout was also quick, friendly and efficient. Our bedroom was clean, warm (even the floor is heated - temperature outside was between -2C to -8C), smoke free and looks great - basically everything looks like in the photos, services and amenities were as stated in Trip.com . They also provide free hot lemon water and tea in the lobby, which was perfect on our return to the hotel from the very cold weather outside. We made full use of self-service laundry facilities. We asked the receptionists several times to help us with our travelling plan, they have been extremely helpful. In fact, despite speaking very little English, all the hotel staff were very helpful, from the receptionists to the hotel cleaners. Around the hotels, there are many good eating houses, eat what locals eat and pay what locals pay, so very pocket friendly too. There are many mini supermarkets too, and you can walk about 10 minutes to reach a bigger supermarket in another shopping area. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

While it is located further away from the city center, it’s only a 15-minute drive from Universal Studios Beijing, which was a major plus for me. However, because it is further from the city center, I recommend planning your trip properly to make the most of your stay. The peaceful and welcoming atmosphere made it worth the stay, and I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Definitely a five-star experience!
