Crowne Plaza Hotels in Beijing

We stayed here on a one night layover. Comfortable and polite staff. Breakfast is expansive and good with both western and Chinese food. Only small annoyance is their airport shuttle only runs once an hour and can’t be reserved. We had a group of 7 so it wasn’t usable for as we didn’t know if there would be space. Didi is very easy though so can’t really complain.

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The hotel is well-connected to a mall, making shopping and dining super convenient. As vegetarians, we were happy to find plenty of veg food options, and there were Indian restaurants nearby too, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful—they even assisted us in transferring money to our Alipay account for online payments. Their hospitality really made our trip smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service in Beijing!

Reception, housekeeping and gym attendent were very helpful n friendly. Paid almost same price for another inn n the experience is much much better. Far from forbidden city but didi at around $8 can get you there. Welcome drink and daily breakfast good value. Return to clean and tidy room daily. Thank bixia. Aircon difficult to control. Warm in the room at time.

I arrived late in the evening. My bags were carried to the counter but not up to my room. The receptionist was very quick and efficient. She spoke good English. The room was big and I would stay here again. I cannot comment on facilities (gym, pool, etc) as I didn’t get the chance to use them as I was leaving early the next morning.

The family room is very large, and the sofa bed is between the two single beds. It is open and ready to be made. The children were very happy when they entered the room and immediately started playing the tumbling game, because the ”bed” is wide enough. Although there is a height difference at the joint, it makes the game more difficult. The hotel's supporting hot springs are separated into a small pool and a small pool. The functional pools are more interesting, and all are equipped with Dyson hair dryers. The children's swimming pool is very good, with the right depth. The divided area makes the feeling of a waterway, and there are ocean balls. The children have fun playing. The buffet breakfast is very rich. There are some amusement facilities for children outside the hotel. The children also experienced kayaking, which is a paid item. The overall environment is good, and there is a tent area, which is suitable for bringing family members to relax.
