We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The hotel is well-connected to a mall, making shopping and dining super convenient. As vegetarians, we were happy to find plenty of veg food options, and there were Indian restaurants nearby too, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful—they even assisted us in transferring money to our Alipay account for online payments. Their hospitality really made our trip smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service in Beijing!

Overall, this hotel is decent place to rest and recover after a long time fight. The staff in the reception is very kind and helpful. They really pay attention to the details and make sure everyone having a good time and a lot of fun.

Checked in on 5.4, rushed to check in during the May Day holiday. I was a little nervous that I would encounter delayed check-in. A few days before the trip, the hotel staff Feng Xinlan contacted in advance to understand the check-in requirements and checked in according to my plan. Thank you very much! There are not too many people in Ba Da Play City and Mu Yun Hot Spring. The experience is good. I hope the breakfast can be improved. In addition, it is recommended to add charging pile facilities.

We stayed here on a one night layover. Comfortable and polite staff. Breakfast is expansive and good with both western and Chinese food. Only small annoyance is their airport shuttle only runs once an hour and can’t be reserved. We had a group of 7 so it wasn’t usable for as we didn’t know if there would be space. Didi is very easy though so can’t really complain.

The hotel is my first choice if I want to stay in Zhong Guan Cun area. The facility and style of the hotel are a bit out of date and the hotel is still comfortable and convenient in most aspects. I left behind some cloth by mistake and the hotel staff called me to arrange a pick up. I very much appreciate that.
