Doubletree by Hilton Hotels in Beijing

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience—I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are helpful. Nora called and reminded me to check on another hotel room cancellation otherwise once lapsed, the cancelled room is chargeable. Thanks to her, I managed to get the refund. Alex Qin from the conceige spent time to look for my parcel. Appreciate their help and enjoyed the stay there. Will stay at the hotel again if I visit Beijing.

The room is clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout. Every piece of furniture is in the right place. The decoration details are well handled, and the bedding is of good quality. The breakfast is rich, but unfortunately there are not many kinds of fruits, no freshly squeezed juice, and no ice milk. The cookies given upon check-in are delicious. In addition, the front desk staff at check-in (around 3 pm on May 5) were very friendly and efficient. At check-out, due to the low occupancy rate, the check-out was delayed for two hours for free. In general, compared with its price (package price 599), the hardware and service are already very good, but for an international chain of five-star hotels, the details of the breakfast are indeed not in place. I hope that at least there will be some improvement when the passenger flow is large.
