Location was absolutely perfect and staff helped with everything we needed. Bathroom door situation is a bit awkward as you can only close the door to the shower or the toilet at once but otherwise no complaints

前台那個穿白衣服的小哥特別好，很貼心，酒店位置很好，就在鼓樓旁邊，吃喝玩樂都很方便，下次有機會還來！

優點是離南鑼鼓巷較近，離鼓樓也不遠，不足是沒有塑料拖鞋，洗澡衹能穿一次性拖鞋，特別滑很容易摔倒。所住房間空調開到最大，兩個小時後23度，特別乾燥，風速調小後温度很快降至20度，又冷又幹，一宿沒睡好。最不滿的是酒店的態度，因為閨女發現插座裏有紅燈，懷疑有攝像頭，在當地警察朋友的鼓勵和幫助下打了挀出所電話，警察來了後説是USB的指示燈，本來挺不好意思的，給警察和店家添麻煩，沒想到後面就徹底斷電了，店家説檢查不出原因，我和閨女在小黑屋裡等了四五十分鐘，最後被告知修不好了。沒電就沒有供暖，也無法洗漱，喝熱水。我提議換個房間，可店家説都住滿了，換不了，衹能給我退錢，去住別處。晚上十點半，讓我們娘倆現出去找酒店，這不是開玩笑嗎？！我趕緊叫回了在附近吃飯的老公和朋友，他們和店家交涉的結果是，新開一間房給我們住，老公的朋友去住沒電的那間。換了房間沒多久，沒電那間也有電了！我挺生氣的，不是住滿了嗎？不是修不好了嗎？欺負我們娘倆是嗎？因為報警整我們？本來出來帶孩子散心，沒想到遇到這麼堵心的事兒！人生第一次報警真讓我難忘！

房間不是特別大，是自己隔的那種二層，層高很低，但是作為一個睡覺的地方可以了！最重要的是地理位置特別特別好，可以步行到煙袋斜街，銅鑼古巷和什剎海，周圍的好吃的也特別多

真實評價住宿體驗:
1、房間有異味，空氣清新劑的味道，打開衞生間的通風不僅沒效果，還反出一股潮潮的味道；
2、衞生間馬桶蓋錯位、淋雨生銹；
3、床單不乾淨，去住的時候帶的乾淨的睡衣，睡了一晚上回來洗睡衣是黑黃的，這床單是有多臟；
4、隔離特別不好，正好碰到對屋有個男人喝酒聲音特高，一直等到凌晨2點才睡着。
總的來説，雖然離南鑼鼓巷很近，但是住的一點不舒適，花的錢不值。

一進房間就是明顯沒收拾好的狀態。下午3點多到的，還是沒辦法立即入住。
問前台是沒有收拾好嗎？前台張口就胡説，給您辦理升級，所以耽誤一下。過了一會兒説好了，升級標間，我説我一個人，我就想住大床房，是還沒收拾好嗎？前台説，哦是的，那還得等。
我當時趕時間，就去了，進門就是這個樣子。我真的非常生氣，但是着急我懶得等了，自己擦了擦。馬桶都是濕的，明顯上一個剛洗完澡。真的值得差評👍🏻
