家裡裝修，在這個酒店住了將近2個月
1.服務人員態度很好；
2.但是網絡很卡，衹有半夜信號會好一點；
3.熱水有時有問題，向前台説了很快解決；
4.每天6點40樓下超市工作房間很吵；
5.服務員不會看請勿打擾的牌子，會自己敲門刷卡開門
6.房間下水道味道很大；
7.但是在今天11月10日，在床上發現會飛的爬行蟲子，我自己弄死了，然後跟前台溝通，前台説服務員下班了，可能無法更換床品，此事就這樣擱置了，無人處理；

很差的一個地方，隔音巨差，還有異味，早上6點半就開始嘰嘰喳喳收拾房間，吵的要死300多花的太冤枉了最多100浴巾太臟。總之不好千萬別定

環境真的非常非常好 而且服務也非常棒 衞生也會及時打掃 店裡的前台都很有耐心 設備也很好 我們都離開酒店了但是因為要去附近辦理證件行李不方便拿就和前台説 中途還換了幾個前台 但是每一個都很好説話態度都非常好也非常樂意讓我們把行李寄放在店裡

服務是真的太差了，問要一次性紙杯讓我們自己去找，點了外賣就放在那，工作人員就在前台玩手機，機器人也是閑着的，差評！屋子裡還有味道

房間總體還是不錯的，窗簾遮光效果好，地暖開的很熱晚上睡覺不用怎麼蓋被子，服務人員態度很好很客氣，就是電梯壞了兩天沒修好，也算對得起這個價格
