房子臭味熏天，環境很差！服務更是差勁！尤其是夜班的女服務員態度極為惡劣的差勁！夜間前台女服務應該開除，影響酒店生意，非常差勁，態度和語氣很差，真的應該相信網評！開始我也不信，到了真實體驗以後確實如此！也不知道這家酒店的領導怎麼管理和用人的，不知道是不是親戚或後台硬還是什麼？這樣下去遲早被這個前台服務員攪黃！

體驗最差的酒店
1.房間無電話。
🈶事找前台，全靠打手機。
2..早餐。不允許帶另一個客人的早餐到房間。
其他酒店，對不方便就餐的，都是服務員送到房間。
這個酒店服務員特別牛，從前台到餐廳服務，個個都是大爺、老爺，不是服務員！
3.洗臉盆的冷水熱水，完全反的！！！
等好久，沒熱水！
4雙床房，讓前台拼一下，前台説，不好拼，會影響插座。自己拼了，好拼啊，根本不影響。
前台就是偷懶！
5設施落後，價格昂貴，最主要是服務太差！！！餐廳女服務員，特別**，像個皇上在監管客人，不是服務！毫不為客人的難處着想！！！

房間小且太老舊破敗，牆紙脱落厲害，地板破損，用透明膠皮粘上，圖片上有飲水機，結果沒有，一瓶礦泉水都沒有，衹有賓館樓下的燒烤挺好吃的！

住宿體驗很一般，一晚上都是滴答水的聲音，我是睡眠比較好，能勉強不受幹擾，但容易失眠的絕對聽這聲音睡不着！不提供飲用水，沒有吹風機。洗澡下水道不暢通，馬桶沖水勁很小等。

7:25-26日住417房，門匙壞。夜晚入住時，打不開。維修。無奈客人直接在邊修門中，睡著了。房間傢俱陳舊，壁紙破且損。第二天早上到總枱告知是鎖壞了，沒法修好。換了其他房間的鎖。我們有意見的是，在總枱三個小夥子和一個女生值班，沒有一個人為昨晚上事情道歉，連續催我續第二天房費。讓人有一種住進了黑店感覺。希望改進。
