The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the West Railway Station, making transportation and dining very accessible. The mattress has a soft and a firm side, so you can flip it to the firmer side if you prefer. They also offer buckwheat pillows, which is a thoughtful touch for seniors with neck or back issues. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very responsive and provided excellent service whenever we had a question.

Stayed for one night during a business trip! It's very close to West Station, just across the street. The surrounding area has complete amenities, with plenty of dining options and convenient transportation. The hotel's 3rd floor also has a restaurant with a rich and varied breakfast. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff were very pleasant. The front desk staff handled check-in very efficiently! They patiently answered my questions and offered reasonable suggestions, with a friendly attitude that made me feel very comfortable. During my stay, food deliveries were brought to my room by a robot! They also helped collect packages that arrived for me! I was completely surprised to find a self-service fitness center and a self-service coffee machine in the lobby. This star-rated hotel offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended!

I chose the Zhongyu Century Imperial Hotel because it's quite close to West Station, as I landed late at night and had to catch an early high-speed train in the morning. The hotel didn't lower its standards just because it's near the station and caters to temporary guests. I arrived late at night and was greeted by a man and a woman at the front desk. They processed my check-in quickly and efficiently and even offered a complimentary breakfast, which I hadn't planned on having. The room had a good layout with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, clean bedding, and well-distributed lighting. The breakfast was particularly delightful, a wonderful blend of Chinese and Western options with various specialties – truly excellent! It was definitely worth the trip.

The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient for business travelers, with easy access to transportation, yet the surroundings are very quiet. This stay far exceeded my expectations. The Zhongyu Century Hotel has been standing here ever since the West Railway Station was built, over twenty years ago. I've passed by countless times but never stayed, until now. I chose it this time for a business trip, prioritizing convenience and location. As an old four-star hotel from two decades ago, its hardware facilities can't be compared to newer establishments, but for me, staying here was about the nostalgia for Beijing. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, and considering its location and star rating, it offers excellent value for money. The in-room amenities are comprehensive (it even has an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe, refrigerator, telephone, bathrobes, and blankets – features that were premium and complete in the past but are mostly obsolete now). The hotel lobby provides complimentary freshly ground coffee and tea, along with computers for internet access, luggage trolleys, a food delivery robot, and a convenience store. The hotel's surroundings offer extremely convenient transportation, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and food courts. Most importantly: getting to West Station for your train within half an hour is absolutely no problem! 👍

The room facilities are complete and new, with a large space and excellent hygiene, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel's location is super convenient, with both bus and subway stations nearby, making it easy to get to Qianmen and Tiananmen Square. You can just follow the road by car or bus straight there. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing.
