Capital Airport International Hotel Reviews

Arrived at Capital Airport at 1 AM, and the hotel still had a shuttle bus that I could book last-minute. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Terminal 3. They offer a wake-up call service in the morning. The cleanliness was just okay, but it's highly recommended for travelers who need an overnight stay during a layover!

Excellent! Better than many 4-star hotels abroad. They even have smart toilets. It's close to the airport, making it a must-choose for red-eye flights, haha!

The male receptionist on the night shift on the 16th was rude. Even though there were vacant rooms on the second floor, he insisted on giving me a room on the first floor. The first-floor room was damp and uninhabitable, had a strange smell, and was very unhygienic. There were still earplugs from the previous guest under the bed that hadn't been cleaned up. The window seals were poor, letting in drafts, making the room very cold and noisy. The shower pressure was also very low.

The hotel takes 15 minutes to reach airport T3. Room hanger drops off. Too noise to sleep. Sound insulation is bad. Can hear plane take off every 1 hour. There are not shops nearby.

The hotel's location is its biggest highlight. The front desk staff, Sister Duoduo, provided excellent service and even helped mail back a forgotten item. Thumbs up!

This hotel is very close to Capital Airport Terminal 2, and there's a shuttle bus every hour directly to the airport. The breakfast is simple but tasty. For dinner, we ordered à la carte, and the dumplings made in-house by the restaurant were delicious and not expensive. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff are warm and attentive. If you want convenience for flying, this is the hotel to choose.

The room was in an unacceptable condition—filthy, as if it had never been cleaned. Dust covered surfaces, and there were unidentified liquids throughout. The bathroom floor was sticky, and the bed sheets were visibly soiled. Although the hotel is located near the former Terminal 1 of Beijing Capital Airport (PEK), that terminal is no longer in operation, making the walk to the hotel quite an adventure—especially with limited signage and poor accessibility. The staff were friendly, but unfortunately unable to resolve the issue, as the alternative room they offered was just as dirty. In hindsight, spending the night in the terminal itself might have been a more pleasant experience.

The front desk staff, Da Duo Duo, provided excellent service; we're very grateful. The airport shuttle driver was also incredibly thoughtful, helping us with our luggage and even giving us directions. A big thank you to both of them for their hard work!

The driver who picked me up at night had a terrible attitude. When he answered the phone, his voice already sounded world-weary. When he said the license plate number, it was as if I owed him money. We were supposed to meet on the 4th floor. I walked out the glass door within a minute and saw his car driving off. I kept chasing after it, but he just drove away. I tried calling him to stop, but he only answered after he had already left. Then he told me to go down to the 1st floor to get in the car. If he couldn't stop for a second on the 4th floor, he should have just arranged to pick me up on the 1st floor from the start. The room was generally clean, but the entire room smelled like feces, which was coming from the bathroom drain. I eventually had to block all the drains to stop the smell from coming out, but the lingering smell of feces in the room remained. I only stayed for one night because my flight was canceled, so it was just a makeshift sleep.

Not bad at all. The location and ambiance are good, and the room itself is decent. It's suitable for an overnight layover. The room size is just right, and they offer airport shuttle service, which is very convenient for those who need it.

Overall, the room was quite good. It's about a 20-minute walk from T2 airport, though the route can be a bit chaotic. The room itself was spacious and generally good, but it lacked disposable slippers.

The hotel facilities are quite complete and relatively clean. However, because it's near the airport, there's a lot of noise, and you can still hear the roar of airplanes, so the hotel provides earplugs. Despite these drawbacks, it's still recommendable, especially for transit passengers needing a short stay. You don't even need to go out; you can order delivery to sort out your meals. I might consider staying here again for my next layover.

The location is fantastic, very close to the airport, definitely within walking distance. It was super convenient to get there after my late-night flight. The room was pretty good too, and breakfast was quite substantial.
