Due to the water outage at home, I temporarily checked into a hotel nearby and went to bed late. When I woke up in the morning, I stood up my pillow and found dense blood spots on it. I checked that my husband who was sleeping there did not have any scars on his body. The dirty blood marks were a problem with the hotel bedsheets. The front desk and manager of the hotel refused to admit it and said it was bright red blood and smelled of fresh blood. They insisted that it was caused by ourselves. My husband and I said we could cooperate with them by taking off our clothes to examine the injuries. The manager refused and then started blabbering in front of them. We called 12345 to report the dispute and then left to go to work. As a result, the hotel quickly handled the dispute before 12345 came to investigate. As a result, the facts could not be found out. Even if we wanted to cooperate with the blood test, we had no chance. How can I put it this way, encountering this kind of hotel and this kind of service is even more disgusting than staying one night with dirty sheets! Is the hotel sanitary environment? You can feel it when you arrive at the front desk. Anyway, it does not match the picture. I would like to give you my first negative review on Ctrip! It's so bad. You could say it's immoral.

The hotel is very nice! worth going I stayed during the May Day trip and the front desk service attitude was good. The hotel is spacious and hygienic. They are cleaned and toiletries are changed every day. They are always responsive to requests. The merchants will try their best to meet the requirements. It is not too far from the subway station.

There is a free parking lot. The room smells fresh and clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The four pillows are of different heights and are suitable for most people. The cup cover is also very comfortable.

酒店位置在昌平鎮中心，旁邊有超市和飯館。 上下樓衹有一個電梯，兩邊開門的，挺有意思。酒店新裝修，走廊裏有味道，房間裏還好，設備挺新，也很乾凈。

酒店環境整潔，房間入住舒適，前台戴眼鏡的服務員態度很好，交通很便利，有停車場是免費的，很滿意！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
