The room size was just right, and it was clean. Having a private hot spring right in the room was really convenient.

The equipment in the relatively expensive suites is broken and the service cannot keep up. I arrived at 2pm, and the slate was cold until 9:30pm. I called room service twice in the middle of the night and was told that it was open late and it would take 7-8 hours to heat up. They said the mode was right. By 9:30 it was still cold, the stone slabs were cold and the hot spring water was cold. After communicating with the front desk, I was given a small room next to it and said that I could use hot springs and stone baths. It was said that the slate burned slowly, but after waiting in the small room for half an hour, the slate was already hot. The hot spring is cold. The engineering department reported that the hot water circulation was required to reach the room after 9 o'clock, so that the direct hot water could be fully turned on to stop the cold. It was a crowded and expensive Friday night. After checking out and returning home, the elderly and children felt unwell due to the cold. I communicated with the hotel. From Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, there was only one phone call back, saying that the slate mode was turned on incorrectly. I emphasized that I asked for room service confirmation twice during the process. If the equipment is not good and I see an elderly child when checking in, I should inform me and provide me with a solution. Instead of using the slow heat as an excuse to postpone it until night. I randomly searched for comments on Xiaohongshu that it’s too cold to bathe in a suite in winter. It cost more than 1,600 yuan for a room, and the elderly and children were so cold that they felt uncomfortable. There's something wrong with the equipment, there's something wrong with the service. I checked the hotel reviews and found that some guests have long raised the issue that the hot springs are not hot, and some have also mentioned that the equipment is old and needs maintenance. The hotel didn't pay attention to guests' feedback. Also, I would like to mention that the reason why I booked a large suite was because I had stayed in a small room before which was not hygienic and had all kinds of stinky smells. I thought I could enjoy better quality by spending more money, but unfortunately, this hotel didn't.

We decided to take a hot spring bath on the spur of the moment, and only checked it out on Friday night. I thought the last room was available for Saturday. The bed was very comfortable, and I didn’t wake up at night. I usually don’t like to sleep in a big bed when I go out, because I’m afraid that turning over at night will affect my sleep. It was my first time to bring my kids to Wuzhou Botanical Garden. I wanted to find a hotel nearby, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room is very well equipped with facilities for children, including a shorter washbasin, picture books, baby bathrobes and towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body lotion, and water toys (I brought my own...). I was struggling with whether to bring a bed guard at home. It turns out that there is one here, the private bath is clean and sanitary, and it is very comfortable and safe The service is impeccable. I booked a family-themed room, but forgot to note that I wanted a car-themed one. When I got to the front desk, they said it was a little princess-themed room. The room is not very big. Children can play in the hot spring pool, but there are definitely some unhygienic corners. If you are too particular, this room type is not recommended. There are bathrobes, toothbrushes and toiletries for children in the room, and the parent-child environment is very good. The hotel's naughty castle is suitable for young children, but they must wear non-slip socks (ordinary cotton socks are very slippery). We forgot to bring them, so we bought two pairs of socks, one large and one small, on the spot. It is very close to Nangong Wuzhou Botanical Garden, less than 2 kilometers away by car. If you are going to the amusement park, it is convenient to stay here one night in advance. The hotel restaurant serves Shanghainese cuisine, which has average taste and portion sizes, and is not very cost-effective. However, takeout is convenient and there is a wide selection around.

The bed in the room with hot spring was not clean and had hair on it, but I brought my own bedding so I didn't complain. Maybe because the room is big, the temperature is not very warm.
