The two-bedroom garden view room I booked actually has a view of Yanxi Lake, which is very nice. The hotel service is very good and the hygiene is also in place. It is 200 meters from the hotel to the west gate of Yanxi Lake Park, close to the cruise ship terminal and children's playground, which is very convenient. The staff is warm and thoughtful. It's a very nice and clean place. It's very close to the great wall entrance and there are a lot of shops, international and Chinese, close by. The bathrooms are nice and big and the rooms are also nice and big. For the price I would say it's fair compared to other hotels in China. The staff were also very nice and accommodating. We added the hotel on WeChat and they helped us find multiple ways to get there. They check on our well being and traveling status the entire trip until we arrived. When we arrived with DiDi they welcomed us with delicious food from the restaurant. They helped us with getting to the Great Wall and even helped us book our DiDi to the airport. When we left they gave us a small gift. The service I amazing for foreigners traveling to China without a tour group. The location is stunning and the room was so clean and comfy. The B&B is located at the entrance of Hefangkou Village in Huairou. It is easy to find by driving. The parking lot is also very large. There are also some restaurants and kiosks around the village, which is quite convenient for eating and drinking. The entrance of the B&B is fenced by a piece of bamboo pole. After entering, there is a courtyard space inside. The exterior of the entire building is made of brick, mud and concrete and retains part of the appearance of the old warehouse. After entering the interior space, it is in the style of wabi-sabi. The layout design and furniture selection of the lobby and rooms are of very good quality~ It can be seen that the B&B manager’s aesthetics and quality control are extraordinary~ The breakfast provided is a Western-style simple meal, and the bagels are delicious~ It is recommended to add some seasonal fruits to add some flavor richness. It’s a good choice to come here for a weekend vacation~

There are two rooms with views of the Great Wall. The room divisions and living orientations are well designed. When the barbecue is busy at night, the manager of the B&B and the village chief of Ertaizi Village will also go to the battle, which feels very homely. 🚗Transportation: From downtown Beijing to the B&B, the B&B manager recommended three routes. We recommend that you choose the East Route, which passes through Yanqi Lake and then passes through the canyon. The journey will be gentler. We chose the West Route based on the car navigation. It seems to be the shortest route, but the second half of the journey requires climbing over two mountains, and the road along the mountain is still quite dangerous.
