We booked this Hampton by Hilton for our family trip, traveling with both seniors and kids, and the stay exceeded our expectations. When we checked in, the front desk staff, considering we had children, proactively arranged a room close to the elevator, saving us the hassle of walking back and forth. The room was clean and bright; the floors and tables were spotless, with no dust. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for both adults and children. The soundproofing in the room was good, so we weren't disturbed by outside noise at night. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water and a full set of toiletries. The breakfast was especially suitable for families, offering pastries and porridge that kids love, as well as light dishes suitable for seniors, plus a wide selection of fruits and drinks. The hotel's public areas were very clean, and there was also a laundry room, which was convenient for washing dirty clothes after outings. The staff were very gentle with guests and diligently answered any questions we had. The location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi, and shopping and dining options are all very close by. Overall, it was great value for money, our family had a comfortable stay, and we will choose this place again for our next family trip.

The room is clean and sanitary. The service attitude is also very good. This is my second stay. I am a repeat customer. The experience is very good. The location is easy to find. I am very satisfied.

The room is very comfortable and I am very satisfied with my stay. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. Takeaways are delivered to the room by robots. There are many parking spaces, which is very convenient. There are many places to eat. It is very lively at night. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, which are very healthy and delicious. The room has a smart Xiaodu that turns the TV on and off for me, which is very interesting. There is a washing machine and dryer downstairs. It is so convenient to catch the rain in the past two days. I love this store and I like the fruit plate given by the check-in lady. I recommend everyone to come and experience it.

Had a great experience! The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. I checked in in the evening and they upgraded my room. The breakfast staff were also very polite and the breakfast itself was quite good. I've stayed at most of the hotels in Shougang Park, and this one is definitely worth choosing. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Starbucks and Xiangpifang. Shougang Park and the Yongding River area are becoming more and more vibrant with activities. This Holiday Inn Express is a great choice for business travel, and local staycations too!

The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was really nice. The front desk staff were very considerate during check-in, always responsive and making the whole experience very comfortable. At check-out, the gentleman even helped us adjust the baby chair and was patient throughout. Definitely worth praising, I forgot to ask his name, haha! 👍 Highly recommended.

I originally booked a room of 15 square meters. After checking in, I took a look and found that it should be about 12 square meters. It was raining and I arrived at 10pm and stayed until 7 or 8am the next morning. I left without asking to change rooms. There are no other problems, and it fits the positioning of a fast hotel.

This Hanting Premium hotel offers incredible value for money. The room was spotless, with great soundproofing.
