The Executive Lounge service was incredibly attentive and thorough; Ulrica, in particular, was professional and dedicated. The views from the hotel are expansive, and the overall environment is excellent. Rooms are clean, tidy, and well-appointed, with everything you could need. Dining options are convenient, and there's a fully equipped gym and various restaurants on-site. Wanda Plaza is right next door, making shopping very convenient. Plus, it's very close to the subway station, ensuring easy access to transportation. Highly recommended.

My child was playing here, and I booked it decisively because it was close to the stadium. I have always liked the quality of Shangri-La. The room was very comfortable, the child liked it very much, and the service was good. I will choose to stay again next time. The environment is very good, the children can't play enough in the park, and the buffet is also great.

I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, attractions, and the business district. Please describe the location in detail, as it is very convenient for travel. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they provided a thoughtful introduction to the hotel facilities and surroundings. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were complete and well-maintained. The hotel is elegant and quiet, and the common areas, such as the lobby, restaurant, and gym, are also kept clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, it was excellent value for money. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travel!

Facilities: The facilities are all very new. ”Xiaodu” welcomes you when you enter the room. You can use Xiaodu voice control inside the room. There are electric curtains and smart toilets. The hotel seems to be opened in 2023. Everything is very new and smart. Hygiene: It is very clean and tidy as soon as you enter the room, but we are still used to using disposable items we bring with us. Environment: The security guard is quite responsible. You need to swipe the room card to use the elevator. The hotel has a good sense of security. It is on the street but not the main road. There is a community next to it, a pharmacy, and a 24-hour convenience store. It is still convenient and quiet at night. There are several restaurants at the intersection. Service: The attitude of the front desk lady is very good. PS: The picture is taken when you check in. You take a photo when you enter the door. After checking in, you will be given a small bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste and comb.

Hands down the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in! It's centrally located within Shougang Park and comprises several buildings. The hotel lobby and the self-service laundry room are in Building 3. The front desk service was excellent, very accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The self-service laundry is complimentary, but you need to collect tokens from the front desk. Access to the laundry room is via key card, and it's equipped with individual dryers. Providing dryer sheets would be a nice touch. Breakfast is served in Building 2, just across the road from the lobby. There's a free ground-level parking lot behind Building 2. The breakfast spread is lavish, divided into Western and Chinese sections. The Chinese section, on the left, features a fresh noodle station, a buffet, and beverages such as soups, congee, and soy milk. The Western section, on the right, offers coffee, milk, pastries, and cereals. The hotel boasts numerous guest rooms, and the courtyard design is lovely, providing access to Buildings 5, 6, and 7. We stayed in a king-size room in Building 5. As members, we received a complimentary room upgrade. The room featured an extra-large 2.4-meter bed and was very spacious, perfect for our family with two kids. The air conditioning system was strong, and the quality of the down duvet was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There's a mini-fridge in the room, which was handy for keeping drinks and fruits cool in the summer. The room also came with a desk, so catching up on work was not a problem. The glass-enclosed shower stall is quite spacious, but it doesn't have a bathtub for soaking. The complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) are all from reputable brands, which was a nice touch. Finally, I must give a special shout-out to the housekeeping staff in Building 5. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They ensured the bathroom was cleaned daily, and towels, bath towels, and bottled water were replenished, which made our stay very pleasant. What truly stood out was when our child accidentally spilled water on the bed; they promptly helped us change the bedding. We are extremely grateful for their assistance!

Almost every time I come to Beijing, I choose the Holiday Inn Express Gongshe in Shougang Park. The location is very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is friendly and meticulous. The room provides free Shougang soda, mineral water, and Nespresso coffee machine; the hotel lobby on the first floor also provides free tea and coffee, which is full of sincerity and warm atmosphere. The hotel breakfast is very good, and there are freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles and wontons. This time I stayed for 5 consecutive nights to participate in the cycling activities and beer festival in Shougang Park. The aunt Yin Yulian who cleaned the room on the 7th floor not only cleaned the room clean and tidy, but also helped me carry my luggage. Xiao Zhao, the front desk on the 1st floor, arranged check-in in advance and was very warm and friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay! I hope to bring my family to Shougang Park next time.

I booked this hotel to take photos at the Garden Expo Park during the flowering season. It is very close to the park and takes only six minutes by taxi. The check-in gift package is simply the best of the best. It is the best experience in this store. There are hair bands and makeup remover wipes, as well as band-aids and sewing kits at the door. I always think that this is a store that I must visit every time I come here.

It is very close to Shijingshan Amusement Park, and is together with the Four Seasons Hotel, sharing a yard. Parking is capped at 20 yuan per time. The room is not big, but the hardware and service are fine. The price is less than 300 yuan during the holiday, which is good value for money.

Very good, very close to the subway, very convenient to go out, Beijing subway is convenient, this is next to the subway, it takes half an hour to get to Tiananmen Square by subway. It is also quiet, the environment is good, clean and tidy, very good. During the National Day holiday, many economy hotels have increased their prices more expensive than Jingyan Hotel, but the grade can't keep up, but Jingyan has not increased its prices. It's really good. The service is also very good. There are many good brothers and sisters at the front desk, including the cleaning staff is also very reliable

Getting to and Around Beijing

Beijing has two main airports: Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX). PEK handles most international and long-haul flights, while PKX is a newer hub serving both domestic and international routes.

Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK): Located about 15 miles (25 km) northeast of the city centre, PEK is the busiest and most common arrival point for flights from the UK. It is well-connected to the city by the Capital Airport Express, taxis, and shuttle buses.

Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX): Situated around 29 miles (46 km) south of central Beijing, PKX is a modern airport designed to handle growing passenger numbers. Transport options include the Daxing Airport Express, intercity rail, taxis, and buses.

Want to start or end your Beijing trip smoothly? Staying at a hotel near PEK or PKX with shuttle services can save time and energy, especially for late-night arrivals or early flights, giving you more chance to enjoy the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, and the city’s lively food streets.

Getting around Beijing is convenient thanks to its extensive subway network, affordable buses, and the availability of taxis and ride-hailing apps. Walking is also a great way to experience the city’s historic charm and hidden alleyways.

The Palace Museum, Beijing

Main Transport in Beijing:

  • Subway: Fast, cheap, and efficient with English signage and announcements. QR code payments via Alipay or WeChat Pay are common, and most stations accept contactless Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay.
  • Buses: Scenic, affordable, and with wide coverage, reaching areas beyond the subway. If using mobile or card payments, passengers must scan the QR code/swipe the card when boarding and exiting the bus, otherwise the full fare will be charged.
  • Taxis: A convenient option for families or when you're tired. Starting fare is 13 RMB for the first 3 km, and a 20% surcharge will be added at night.
  • Ride-hailing apps: Didi Chuxing and Amap work like Uber, offering a reliable and cashless alternative to taxis.
  • Walking: Ideal for exploring hutongs, markets, and historic neighbourhoods at your own pace.

DDennis LaptevA good choice if you are looking for a quiet place to stay overnight and not planning to leave the hotel room. The area around the hotel relatively new and still under development, so there aren't many restaurants around (there's Starbucks and convenience store), hotel has two restaurants, cafe, so you won't be hungry or thirsty. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone who just want to spend a night or two with their SO, and if you are hiking lover, the hotel is pretty close to Badachu park and Xianshan park.

GGuest UserThis room was reserved for my father and father-in-law. It is located in the community and is relatively quiet. However, the sanitation was not cleaned for two consecutive days. I went to the front desk the next night and the sanitation was not done until the third day. I went to the front desk that night and the front desk said that she didn't know why it was not cleaned and she was not responsible for it. Later, a security guard came and said to get us a set of sheets and quilt covers to change by ourselves. He said that they usually clean once every three days. I laughed and said that you are a security guard, and I don't go to the security guard, I go to the person in charge. He said sorry and left, and then it was over. Breakfast was said to start at 7 o'clock, and we went to wait at 6:55. Three noodles + two simple waffles, and we waited for 45 minutes. It was really speechless. I only ate breakfast for one day out of four days. I asked the front desk if I could refund it. Anyway, the reply was to contact Ctrip, saying that the money had not yet arrived at their store and they could not see the order. I was speechless. Until I checked out, they didn't give me an explanation for the breakfast money.

This homestay is in the mode mouth. It is very convenient to go to the Fahai Temple to go up the mountain and the glacier hall. Next to it is the fried cake and pancake net red gourmet shop. The cake shop opposite is also very delicious. The key is that they are all good and cheap. A family of four lives in two big beds. The bathroom space is also very large and has a bathtub. AAnonymous UserIt’s quite satisfactory. I stayed in a hotel so many times for the first time and wanted me to write an evaluation. Let’s talk about a few objective evaluations. 1. The yard is decorated very feeling, do not deny, go to this environment 2. The facilities of the house are relatively old, and there is a feeling of an old homestay. Very satisfactory 3. The room number is not easy to find, resulting in people who check in at 2:30 in the morning and brush my house in the middle of the night. It has caused a lot of psychological burden to me and my object. The order of the room is not arranged well. I seem to be next to 8 in room 6, and the opposite is 3. 4. The service is OK. At 10 am, I asked to brush my door at night. The front desk reported me to the police to check the monitoring and confirmed that it was a mistake.

1170627****Overall it is economical. In the Imperial Capital, this price is economical and suitable for just the most basic accommodation and rest😎. 24H hot water is available. Disposable sealed bath towels are great. Air conditioning and heating are great. Disposable toothbrush, toothpaste and soap, the salesperson will give you the room card in person. What needs to be improved is the facilities. First, the shower head is too long. The water pressure is so comfortable, but the water spray is not strong. The shampoo and body soap are not labeled. I thought they were empty at first, so I asked the waiter to check the bottles. , but can't spray out a few drops. There is no disposable comb and there are mosquitoes in the room. Two bottles of mineral water actually had a charge label.
