Service: Overall, it was excellent. There were more foreign guests than Chinese guests, and the staff provided bilingual service and were incredibly enthusiastic. They even upgraded me to a super king-size bed and provided yogurt and fruit. The airport transfers were very punctual, especially the departure transfer. There were a lot of people going to the airport at that time, and several large buses were lined up outside, showing the hotel's strong capabilities. Previously, when I stayed at other hotels, they only provided small vans for transfers. Facilities: The only minor issue was that I couldn't figure out how to adjust the overhead shower in the shower room, but the water was very hot, and I felt very secure traveling alone.

I landed at 2 a.m. with an onward flight at 3 a.m. the next day, so I needed somewhere to sleep, shower and wait out a full day. This worked perfectly. DiDi from Terminal 2 was 45 RMB, about fifteen minutes, and check-in at that hour was no problem. The hotel is new and clean throughout: rain shower, projector in the room, floor-to-ceiling windows. Free laundry room with washers and dryers, detergent from reception, tea station in the lobby. Honestly about the noise: it sits directly under the approach path and you hear planes clearly. Earplugs (available at reception) solve it completely and I slept fine, but a light sleeper would struggle without them. New residential area, with dozens of small restaurants and shops within walking distance. Metro is fifteen minutes on foot or a couple of stops by bus. Very good value. Recommended.

At ~RMB600 per night, including breakfast, during the low season, this 5 star hotel offers excellent value for money. **The good points:** - The shuttle bus driver was very polite and helpful, and assisted us with our luggage. - The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. - The room was very clean, with high ceilings that made it feel spacious. **The biggest disappointment was definitely the breakfast.** We paid an extra RMB 100 per person to have breakfast included, but honestly, it was one of the worst breakfasts I have ever experienced at a five-star hotel. The fried eggs were all prepared in advance and left out on display, and for some reason, they were placed on top of slices of bread. The drinks were not refilled for over an hour, even after they had run out. Nobody came to clear our used plates, so by the end of breakfast, our table was completely covered with plates and glasses. Meanwhile, the staff were just standing nearby chatting with each other. And overall, the food does not taste good. **Another issue was the air conditioning.** The room felt rather stuffy, and the air conditioning was not powerful enough. I had already set it to the lowest temperature (16°C) and the highest fan speed, but the room temperature displayed remained at 22°C throughout our stay. In reality, it felt even warmer than that. On the positive side, the windows could be opened to let in some fresh air. However, doing so meant having to put up with considerable noise from passing cars and aircraft. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money during the low season, especially considering the room quality and friendly front desk service. However, the breakfast experience was far below what I would expect from a five-star hotel.

I needed to stay overnight at the airport in Zhangjiajie, and after comparing many hotels, I chose this one. Once I got my luggage, I called, and they sent a pick-up car. The driver was very nice and helped with the luggage. We had to wait a little bit because he was dropping off other guests. The hotel security also helped with our bags when we got out of the car. The room was very spacious. My flight from Terminal 3 was at 6:40 AM the next day, so I took the hotel's earliest shuttle at 5:00 AM, which left right on time and got me there with plenty of time. The slippers 🩴 were so cute, little pandas!

I have to commend Eric at the front desk for this stay! He handled the check-in process efficiently and was very friendly. When I had a small, last-minute request, he responded quickly and resolved it perfectly. You could tell he genuinely cared about the details, not just going through the motions. Because of his service, my entire stay was much more comfortable and pleasant. He truly deserves a good review! This established brand is definitely trustworthy!

The GreenTree Inn Express Beijing is a great hotel. The rooms are clean and free of any unpleasant odors, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. They offer a free airport shuttle service covering both Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. The laundry room is equipped with irons and dryers, making it super convenient to do laundry during your trip. The breakfast is simple yet hearty with fresh ingredients, including eggs, milk, bread, corn, and baby pumpkin, as well as some home-style stir-fried dishes. There are delivery robots in the lobby, and a convenience store right at the entrance, making shopping and getting around totally hassle-free.

This is my go-to choice for business trips; I stay here for long periods every year. The rooms have all been renovated and upgraded, and the facilities are excellent. The airport shuttle service is convenient, and the lounge benefits, including the laundry credit, are a great plus. My only minor feedback is that the new interns need more training, especially regarding room cleaning. Kudos to the staff at between 10:30pm-11pm of my arrival date. I immediately called the hotel reception the moment I arrived at the airport because I needed to be picked up. Fortunately, while I was looking for the hotel vehicle, the receptionist stayed on the line andwas very helpful and could speak English. Very fast and efficient check in. Would stay again.

I stayed at Country Inn & Suites (Beijing Capital Airport) this time to catch an early morning flight, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – definitely a five-star rating! The hotel is a short drive from Capital Airport, making it super convenient for layovers or business trips. It's well-connected for getting around, and even has a free parking lot, which is great for guests traveling by car. They also have a gym, self-service laundry, and a business area, so the amenities are really comprehensive.
