This time I came to Jishuitan to see a doctor. The room was very clean and the front desk service was very intimate. It is also very close to Jishuitan Hospital. For medical treatment, the environment is the first choice. This hotel is satisfied!

The room was really great. It was already late when we checked in, but when we walked into the Four Seasons Hotel and smelled the familiar fragrance, all the fatigue of the day disappeared. The lady also helped to upgrade the room type for free. The Four Seasons Hotel was as perfect as always. When I woke up in the morning, the breakfast was also very, very nice! Finally, the check-out gift, although it was not the fragrance and wooden comb that I wanted most, the lady also gave me a tea bag from the Four Seasons Hotel❤️❤️❤️

The 3rd floor air-conditioning unit was very old and noisy so we asked to change rooms and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor room was quite a bit better.

Had a great experience! Check-in was quick, and the room design really suited my taste. They even provided disposable toilet seat covers, which was perfect for someone like me who's a bit of a clean freak. The location is also very convenient, with the subway station just a few minutes away.

Stepping outside the hotel, the subway station entrance was just a hundred meters away, and bus stops displayed routes to the city center. The lobby manager proactively approached guests with suitcases, directing them to the taxi stand. Green plants adorned a corner of the room, and a note on the desk included the next day's weather forecast. Every detail reflected consideration for comfort and convenience, allowing the fatigue of travel to quietly dissipate.

Came to see Xue Zhiqian's concert and booked a hotel near Line 8. It's super close to the subway station, and there are lots of food options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The hotel staff were warm and patient. I'll definitely book this place again next time I come for a concert! 👍

The room price is affordable, and it feels that there are not many guests staying. The standard room is much larger than the king-size bed room, the refrigerator has free drinks, and the room service is enthusiastic. Facilities: slightly old, the mattress and pillow are soft, not very friendly to people with bad cervical vertebrae and spine. There is a fault in the reading light, and the shower head leaks water, resulting in insufficient water pressure. The toilet has a serious odor. The toilet has a smart toilet seat. The free area on TV has rich resources. Environment: There is construction opposite the hotel, and parking at the roadside at the entrance of the hotel will not be ticketed. There is also a humming sound of construction at night. Restaurant: Cantonese restaurant is highly recommended, the breakfast buffet included in the room is exquisite and rich, and it is free for children under 12 years old. On the first night, Dianping Group ordered a meal for 4 people. There were examples of dishes and soups that were very upscale. The pig intestines and beef were very delicious. The chef won an award in 2024. The green beans are a bit bitter.
