We went to try the spa & pool. AWFUL experience, we left 10 minutes later and they refused to refund us. The 'pool' was ankle deep, the real pool was off limits without a special membership that we weren't informed about. The lounge chairs were the cheapest plastic and were all yellowed and dirty, the umbrellas were rusty and disgusting, the place smelled like crap from the sewage. The staff was also very unfriendly and unhelpful, I almost felt like I had to apologize for asking for directions after paying an overpriced entrance of 35 lv per person. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!

Great spa, but the bar/restaurant especially during weddings are non existent especially table service bar is empty and understaffed for hotel guests either staff dont care or catering for weddings is main priortity.

Just waited an hour and a half for our meals at dinner. There were no more than five tables taken. We were not explained what was the reason for the long waiting. Awful service at the restaurant. Rooms are okay.

A 15 min de voiture de Plovdiv l’avantage de cette grosse structure c’est le SPA et la piscine extérieure par grosse chaleur. Literie confortable - chambre spacieuse et propre. Petit dej beau buffet sans viennoiseries. Défauts - piscine sale et non entretenue - Clim le long du lit (pour notre suite)- froid la nuit = il faut la couper et du coup trop chaud le matin. Odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain. Un ascenseur unique pour tous y compris le personnel donc il ne faut pas être pressé pour l’utiliser. Accès par des chemins de cailloux - travaux à côté de l’hôtel et - alors que l’hôtel est peu rempli - on nous a logé face aux travaux avec réveil à 7.30! On aurait pu nous mettre ailleurs.. pas d’accès wifi ni au resto ni dans les chambres ni en extérieur… rien à faire autour de l’hôtel. C’est un point de chute pour se rafraîchir et profiter du SPA plutôt sympa même si tout n’est pas fonctionnel.

Grosse structure à 15 min de voiture de Plovdiv. De belles chambres propres avec balcon - literie confortable. piscine extérieure sale -pas d’entretien (une seule vraie piscine - deux barbottoirs pour les petits et l’autre piscine uniquement pour certains VIP) - petit déjeuner copieux mais pas de viennoiseries. Travaux en extérieur qui débutent à 7.30 - il aurait été bien de prévenir les clients ou les installer de l’autre côté du bâtiment d’autant qu’il n’y a pas foule. Personnel souriant et parlant anglais. Avantage de cet hôtel = piscine lors des fortes chaleurs d’été
