The hotel access key was not sent, it only has electronic portals, I had trouble to get in the hotel and then to the room, and manager Simone did everything to help me, even on holiday. The official Genilvaldo was very performing and also did everything in his power to help. If it weren't for both acts, I would have stayed in the street.

The hotel was very comfortable and well-functioned, but bad couchers, medium bed, medium shower and with little water, dryer and air conditioning did not work when we were using. And the two lifts in the site had operational problems at checkout time, so we had to climb up from stairs to the eighth floor. The other observations are less significant, but it is worth mentioning: the towels were screwed and sweaty, and the dirty walls, and I expected at least the room to work, for the value charged by the daily.

Spent two nights in this hotel on a business trip. Location - Great . In the main area of the city and a safe neighborhood. WiFi - Really good! All over the hotel and I was able to download some big files that were relatively big. Staff - Fantastic! The guy who checked me in goes by the unique name Alef. I wish you could copy this guy to any hotel I'm gonna stay in. He was kind, available, knowledgeable and super helpful throughout my entire stay. This is the type of service that makes you enjoy your stay no matter what. Gym - Very basic and kind old equipment. Operating the TV with the remote was complicated. No towels... Come on. How difficult is it to place 5 towels in the fitness gym? Rooms - Kinda old but specious and overall OK if you don't expect a modern hotel standard. Unless you're spoiled it's totally fine. Overall - It feels old, and it could use some maintenance here and there. It doesn't feel like the property is taking care of, but nothing is faulty. The location, wifi and above all the staff (hopefully everybody is on the same level as the guy I met) are great positives and I can recommend this place. Just don't expect the standard of a new Marriott as far as the facility itself.

The incheck was quick. I was unpleasant to have breakfast in another hotel and the value is not included. I didn't like the bed. The bathroom is simple, don't wait for a hair dryer, nor a mirror, nor the water warms quickly. The room has no view. About noise about the street nobody could hear I stayed in 914 but other guests who I suppose are drunk were talking so loud for a long morning near my room that I couldn't sleep. It has a hairdryer, it has a dressing in the box, it smells nothing good, but I felt cold and I ended using it, it has a fridge and air conditioning of the older, it was worth the experience for the location.

I transcrib here what was reported in telephone contact with booking.com: We arrived yesterday, my wife and I, at the boulevard square in Belo Horizonte, MG and we faced with lack of parking vacancies in the accommodation, they would be offered if available, which was not clear on the booking site, and therefore a contradiction to the consumer protection code. We were trying to use the Internet, but it wasn't working, a few minutes later, and we know that this could happen, and we contacted the reception that was ready to help and re-start the routers. We had decided that we would still stay, taking into account the time's advances, when we finally realized that the accommodation was waterless, we could not be able to sweat, to take bath or to use bathroom. We had to choose to exchange hotels because, contrary to what was said in the advertising on the Internet, it did not remove the minimum of our needs, and finally, when we went out, we did not get any refund on the site. We are directing to the only hotel in the region with rooms available and that was reasonably close to where we were, the hotel VIVENZO SAVASSI. We had to pay more than $800,00 for a room just slightly above the previous, because we had to exchange the hotel last hour. Thank you, Matthew and Isadora.

Fui destratado com muita falta de educação por um dos manobristas do hotel, pedi tranquilo uma informacao para ele chamando ele de Amigo, mas mesmo asssim antes de me responder ele disse na frente de todo mundo na recepcao com uma forte intonação: ” Primeiramente bom dia!!!”...fiquei inconformado pois a forma com que ele respondeu foi como se eu tivesse feito falta de educacao com ele...passou tanta coisa na minha cabeça mas a educação que eu recebi em casa me fez ficar em paz e ainda pedi desculpas ao rapaz caso eu o tenha ofendido porque não usei as palavras bom dia para ele...bom de todo jeito eu solicitei que ele nao manobrasse meu carro que paguei suados 370 mil por ele. Elevador sempre travado e nunca vai no 16 andar...as pessoas que trabalham no hotem nao estao nem aí para o cliente, a impressao que tive é que eu hospedar.lá era um favor para o hotel, pésssimo!!! Outra coisa, levei meu pet e na hora me exigiram cartao de vacina.dele...sorte que eu levei pq no app Hotels.com nao avisa em lugar.nenhum que precisa de cartao de vacina, sugiro que revejam estas informações, agente mal chega e já gera carga de stress.

I went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

Exceptional service for all staff, especially Sabrina and Rafael. I went to work, the location is very good, near the center. The hotel structure has served me well, comfortable room, and very tasteful breakfast. The breakfast offer is very legal, it is not self-service, we are on the order of what we want and the boy brings what it has been chosen, everything fresh and very tasty, and the hosting is worth it.

Great location, nearby many shops and restaurants. Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, beautiful room view. The room wasnt cleaned 2x even after being asked. Room is a bit too ”bare” and dark at night even with all lights on. Also, with almost no amenities and bathroom too basic. Still, comfortable in general.
