Passed by and stayed only one night. Egg Castle was closed that morning.

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

Our first visit to Naples and we stayed at this hotel on a bed and breakfast basis. The first day, when asking about the breakfast schedule, they tell us that they do not offer breakfast. We spoke with the hotel manager and he told us that they have not provided breakfast since 2021, and they did not give us a solution, however, they had charged me for that service and continue to offer it on the web. We had to leave early every morning to find cafes near the area to be able to continue with the schedule of excursions that we had scheduled. If I had known, I would have booked another hotel if they offered it. The area behind the hotel is a dangerous slum. Cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence, the toilet was dirty and water came out from underneath, the shower… we showered with a trickle of water, it didn't come out anymore. The moldy artichoke. The ceiling full of humidity and cobwebs. We didn't want to ask for anything else after seeing the attitude of the staff, who didn't speak a language other than Italian either. The photos on the web do not correspond to reality. In short, a scam. Totally discouraged.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Do NOT stay at this place. It is a scam. We booked through lastminute.com looking forward to a short city break to naples/pompeii and it turned out to be the worst 3 nights of my life. Our check-in information mentioned we could get our room at 11am so, as we had an early morniny flight, got to the hotel just after 11 expecting our room to be ready. We were told to give them an hour. We returned just after 12 and were told it was still not ready and were guided upstairs after a further 45 minutes of waiting the room was finally ready and we were relieved! BUT this is where the hell started. We were taken outside of the hotel casablanca reception area to a separate “hotel” a 5 minute walk away called hotel siri. The area was a building site and the room looked like a bedsit. I kid you not, at this place I believe I could have contracted hepatitis. Understandably we complained informing the hotel this is not what we had booked and were taken back to the reception to speak to the “director”. When we got to the reception area we were met with 2 hostile people refusing to speak in English to us informing that they now could not speak English when they were conversing with us only a short while earlier. They then moved us into a room in the main Hotel Casablanca. However, we did not feel safe staying in this hotel and had to spend valuable time during our holiday finding a new accommodation that we could relax in. We are still awaiting information from lastminute.com and the so-called hotel on a a refund. Which after the shambolic service/attitude, dishonesty, lies and deceit we encountered during our first few moments in naples, we believe is entitled. I emplore you - DO NOT book this hotel. You will get scammed just like we did. Lastminute.com YOU must do something to stop this from happening. I expect to be hearing from you again to correct this. What was meant to be a relaxing, fun break turned out to be 3 nights in HELL.

We stayed at the hotel for four days in early July. This resulted in us leaving with the best impressions. There was a lot of politeness and friendliness among the staff. The room was exactly what we wanted and very clean. Our maids cleaned and tidied it every day. Clean towels were provided and bathroom accessories were promptly replaced. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Location was perfect!!! We highly recommend it. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Naples again. Sophia and Sotiria from Greece

Clean, neat, nice hotel in a great central location near the main bus and train station and the old historical neighbourhood. We wanted a centrally located base from which we could spend the time exploring everywhere (centro storico to vomero and Chiaia and everything in between to Pompeii and Vesuivius, Capri, Positano, Almafi Coast and Salerno) and thus was ideal. The rooms are not that large (we had a small balcony overlooking the little square), nor is the hotel, but considering we only slept there and had breakfast, and the bathroom was clean and nice and great shower pressure and HOT water - what more do you really need? Breakfast was a typical continental european breakfast with meat, cheese, eggs, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Thank you to the server Luanna! Perfect to get you going and out the door in the morning. One of the best and famous pizza places was just around the corner (with huge queues but was so worth it!) as was centro storico with loads of restaurants. As with any major city, areas around train and bus stations are scruffier and noisier but we knew that. For the price it was great! If you want something more posh there are more expensive hotels in other areas. Finally, there is 24 hr receptionist cover and they were really helpful! E' stato un soggiorno fantastico. Le camere sono come effettivamente come si vedono nella galleria e sono rimasto sorpreso dalla pulizia e dall'arredamento moderno. Il personale è davvero gentile e pronto ad accontentare ogni richiesta. Una particolare menzione a Giovanni e Salvatore, i proprietari che ci hanno accolto come se fossimo clienti da una vita. Non è da tutti. Inoltre ci hanno dato una mappa con tutte le informazioni. Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero eccellente. Inoltre la posizione è eccellente, non fatevi ingannare dalle recensioni che paralno male di quel quartiere. Io che conosco Napoli vi dico che questa zona è migliorata parecchio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.
